Pending withdrawal...how long does it take?
I joined the site and really enjoyed the games I won 100 euros and I am still waiting for my winnings. It's been pending now for 24 hours. I have spoken to customer service and I'm told be patient. I will wait another day and if this withdrawal is still pending. I will have no other choice but make a complaint to the relevant authority who deals with this issue. Slow UI, Exorbitant Withdrawal fees
Accessing the site from Canada, I found it to be incredibly slow. The games play fine, and the win percentages are decent.
The real reason for the low score is buried in the terms and conditions. If you withdraw winnings more than once in month, THEY CHARGE YOU 8%!!!
This is unheard of in the online casino world. Why would anyone play to win, knowing that the casino (in addition to your losses leading up to a win) take a bite out of your winnings like that.
This happened to me for the first and last time, and I lost over $200 from this "policy".
After that, I asked to close my account. I'm now in my fifth attempt to do this. Each time, they try to change my mind with credits, or claim they can't help and that I have to email someone else to help.
Awful service all the way around. AVOID THIS CASINO.

Can't close the account ans they waste your time when you request it. They prey on degenerate gamblers because they offer wide range of games. Once you're in there is no way out. And they ignore your marketing preferences. Scammy bunch. Also withdrawals are dragged out so much that you will receive them only if you wait for 2 weeks which is ridiculous.
