Efficient service

The dining table we ordered arrived quickly, well wrapped, and just as it looked in the photos. I had a question about the finish after I'd received the item. Pamono got the answer I needed from the seller. Great service.

Walnut kneeler with only 3 legs

It took some weeks for it to arrive and when it did, one of the 4 legs was broken into several tiny pieces and the other one was barely hanging on and it's obvious that it was glued back together in several places. Since the legs were separately wrapped, it must have been well known by the seller, that it was broken already and glued together. Since it is an antique piece, it would be okay to have some wormholes, but it was full of it (that's probably why the legs didn't hold up anymore). Really disappointing, since it's suppose to be an exhibit piece for a museum.

Lovely products but difficult delivery process

I bought 3 small table lamps from Pamono at the end of November 2021 - they had to travel to London from various countries in Continental Europe. All three eventually arrived fine, look as described and function well. However it took over a month for each to reach me. The downside was the experience with FEDEX, whom they use for deliveries. The FEDEX service they use simply informs you early one morning -out of the blue- that you have a delivery scheduled for that very day. It is impossible to divert the delivery to a neighbour or try to reschedule it. As a person who frequently travels, each delivery caused me much logistical havoc and many hours of trying to reach FEDEX. I found that Pamono and FEDEX didn't seem as coordinated with each other as I would have liked, either.
So Pamono - try using a more expensive service of FEDEX which allows customers to be able to schedule their deliveries, or else change delivery company.

A fake necklace

The silver necklace I ordered recently is neither made of silver, nor is it antique. It’s just a cheap piece looking new and certainly not worth its price, it’s just fashion jewellery.

My experience shopping with Pomano was excellent.

On July 5, 2021 I did something I’ve never done before. I bought a hand carved chestnut buffet online that needed to be shipped to the United States from France. I found making this purchasing decision rather unnerving.
Well, my experience could not have been better. Pomano provided me with several, regular updates, via email, which I found reassuring. I was informed when the buffet was picked up from the seller, when it went to sea, when it arrived in the US, when it cleared customs, and when it was ready to be scheduled for delivery to my home. And it took just 12 weeks from the day of purchase to delivery of the buffet to my home.
And the buffet is beautiful. It looks better in person than in its photograph. My experience shopping with Pomano was excellent.

Sofa perfectly conforms to its product sheet; but delivery made in advance of 3 weeks (it was funny enough) and in extremely difficult conditions (I played the role of the 2nd delivery driver ....), all of this in a good mood anyway
