My dog injured at this groomer
On Feb.11, 2020, my toy poodle was severely injured and cut while being shaved by a groomer here. Not only did my dog get an awful cut, but worst yet she was injured and cut on the back. When my husband picked her up, they never said a word or explained what happened. I had to take her to the vet to clean it up and have a patch placed on her. This is not the first incident of this nature. The first was a little nip that I attributed to a minor accident, but this was not an accident but pure incompetence and neglect. The health and safety conditions in the salon raise questions about their business practices and quality control, as well as the qualifications of the groomers. This is one of the more expensive grooming services in the area, but the cost does not guarantee quality care of one's pet.
