A very efficient and friendly service.
We recently booked our first river cruise and feel very fortunate that we chose Panache. Helen Fensom guided us through the procedure expertly. Her knowledge and willingness to help us with the important and small choices that will help us get the most out of our cruise were very much appreciated.
We have now sought her help again with arranging another cruise to celebrate our Diamond Wedding Anniversary and are once again getting the same expert and friendly service. Thanks Helen.

I normally deal with Joes but he was on leave. In his absence Scot handled my enquiry. My enquiry was in regard to a cruise November 2026 on Oceania Cruises. I had a quote from another company. Scott quickly got back to me with a quote that was cheaper. He then got Helen to help me. She made a couple of adjustments-fly from LGW instead of LHR and a cabin next grade up. I reviewed the quote and one of the other staff (sorry forgot her name) went over the quote, I believe I have got a fantastic deal 2 nights Barcelona and two nights Rome and a 10 day cruise. It was cheaper than the last P&O cruise we did (v disappointing as an aside)Overall brilliant customer service and a great deal. Thanks to every one.

Wendy was really helpful - advising on alternative cruise lines based on my previous expeiences and prefences and giving great advice about the various lines I was considering. She then searched for good solo traveller options which made a huge difference to the price.

1st time enquiry - Louise
1st time enquiry with Penache Cruises, so I’m always sceptical.
Trip advisor showed really good reviews so we gave them a try.
Our cruise specialist is Louise, and right from the start she accepted that we would be speaking to other travel agents and comparing options.
No question seemed too big or small. Straight from the 1st contact, I felt encouraged to ask as many questions as possible.
This cruise is for our honeymoon so it had to be right, but also within budget.
Louise understood that we were happy to spend a little more to make the experience magical but to not go crazy.
We never once felt pressured to make a decision, and we were given time to reflect on the options to eventually decide on the right cruise for us.
Once we decided on the itinerary and cruise ship, Louise really knuckeled down to the finer detail and supported us with finding the best cabin choices.
We never felt pressured to go beyond what was necessary.
Overall we felt valued as 1st time customers and even after the booking process, Louise has been on hand to answer any questions quickly (even when a speedy response wasn’t needed).
For me it’s all about great customer experience. We trust it will continue throughout the honeymoon and if needed, we feel 100% reassured that Louise and/or the team will be on hand to support us.
People like Louise are few and far between. She reminds me of how I am with my customers.

Jill was super helpful and responsive during the entire process. There was no "hard sell" just lots of great information. As we were wanting a single occupancy room Jill was able to find a price less than buying from the cruise line directly.

Such a positive experience
Such a positive experience. Helen was so efficient in responding to my enquiry. She was not in the next day but Karen took over seamlessly and went above and beyond by making an enquiry for me from home, a good hour before she was due to start work, so that I would not miss out a great deal. The deal I got was better than what was on offer from the cruise company itself so all in all a fantastic experience.
