Jen at Panache Cruises was brilliant
Jen at Panache Cruises was brilliant. From the first phone call I made I received friendly and courteous service.
I booked a family cruise with my older parents and wanted to ensure they were catered for. Jen was not just helpful she went out of her way to give us options, some we hadn't even thought of.
We are not looking forward to a holiday with everything taken care of and we can just relax and enjoy ourselves.

Top notch service from Lisa Ladds
The travel consultant, Lisa Ladds, who booked my cruise for me and my wife has been absolutely brilliant throughout the booking process from inception, that is providing the initial quote to the final booking and she will continue to remain the point of contact for any queries, information etc; this is a huge plus point in favour of Panache. The fact is that nothing truly is too much trouble for the rest of the team of consultants at Panache and I sincerely hope that this company continues to serve the interests of all it's clients for many many more years. For what it's worth, I was so pleased with the service I received when booking our 1st cruise, I have gone ahead and booked a second one too. Both cruises are for 2027 and we can't wait for them to come soon enough.

As advertised
I phoned about a cruise I’d seen advertised. I thought the price was too good to be true as it included flights and usually flying from Scotland carries a high premium. I was very surprised when I managed to book for the price advertised. The lady I spoke with was very efficient and pleasant. She couldn’t do enough for me. What more could I ask for?

The booking experience was seamless
The booking experience was seamless, our Panache cruise connoisseur explained every aspect of the cruise in an extremely knowledgeable and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble from initial selection of the cruise to a detailed explanation of the itinerary, ships features & facilities and allocation of our desired cabin for this back to back cruise.
This was our first booking through Panache and hopefully will not be the last.

Felt like the company cared….
