I've been using Panamoz for years, and I've always had great service from them. More importantly, their aftercare is brilliant. Through no fault of their own, I've had to use their 3-year warranty a few times, and it's always been a painless experience.

Straightforward, secure transaction from web site to delivery. Web site is clear about the product and everything Panamoz covers. Progress is notified by email and when in transit, full tracking is supplied. The delivery was prompt and efficient.

I recently bought a Sony camera from panamoz.com. The whole transaction was smooth and quick. Also, was easy to contact them in writing for changing the phone number and to get details about delivery times.
The product received was new without any marks, 100%. The delivery, even though was shipped from Taiwan, was about a week, with the FedEx.

One thing that you should be aware of, even though FedEx says that the delivery signature is required, I found the package in front of the apartment's door, because no one was home or they haven't answered. So, make sure that someone is home, otherwise, your package could get stolen by someone.

I am curious if their warranty service is as good as the purchase, but hopefully I will not need to get my camera repaired.

Superb service from start to finish. Ordered Thursday and delivered Tuesday. Fantastic value and all items delivered securely in perfect condition. Purchased my Rf 100-400 lens and R6 mk2 from them. Amazing service and genuine Canon products purchased with the fraction of cost. I can’t comment on the claimed “3 years Canon warranty” ; but I would assume they will honour it if needed.

Couldn’t believe the price for a canon R3 , it was less than a second hand one by only a bit. The camera was delivered quicker than expected and that was after losing a day because of heavy snow closing a airport
