My experience with Pandabuy has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I made an order in November worth 450€ and paid 150€ for shipping. However, when they asked me to pay double for shipping due to their miscalculation, I decided to change logistics and ship the package elsewhere.

I did everything necessary to change the shipping address and provided them with the correct address of another logistics company. However, Pandabuy continued to make excuses for not shipping my package to the correct address. Despite changing the address and explaining the situation to them, their customer service was extremely useless and uncooperative, with slow and vague responses.

Furthermore, I noticed that their attitude towards me was completely unacceptable. They cheated me with the shipping cost and threatened to destroy my merchandise. This behavior was completely unacceptable and made me lose faith in them as a company.

I must also emphasize that their customer service was completely ineffective and unprofessional. I never had direct contact with them except through email, and the responses were always vague and unhelpful. I had to speak with many different people to try to resolve the problem, but it was never resolved in the end.

In summary, I cannot recommend Pandabuy as a reliable or professional service. They were unclear, uncooperative, cheated me, and threatened to destroy my merchandise. I strongly advise against doing business with them and recommend seeking more reliable and honest alternatives.

Everything is great accept when talking to the agents. The agents mostly dont really understand anything when writing. So it has been so many missunderstood situations.

The best app to buy reps ,it’s very customer friendly and there are many shipping lines you can ship with , the only bad thing is the expensive delivery fee ,but it’s usually normal that the shipping fee is high for china

Overall amazing experience, besides the expensive shipping and long waiting times -- which, by the way have nothing to do with Pandabuy -- I would definitely recommend the platform. Amazing reps, great and quick customer service, precise quality control and wide variety of reps.

Best agent app to shop from china. The support is excellent and kind. You´ll get quality check pictures when the desired item you ordered arrives to their warehouse and if you don´t like it you can return/exchange it. I´ve shipped 3 hauls worth over 300€ already and everything went perfectly. You can buy replicas too and not get seized on customs (slight chance but they will cover it most of the time from what I heard). The shipping may be expensive but let´s be honest... you are shipping your items through entire planet (depending on where you live). In my country shipping caps at 150€, no matter the weight. The more you order, the better price for shipping. You also have reward program where you can win money by sharing items you´ve bought on social media. I´ve been using pandabuy for over a year now and I can´t describe how good it is.

Downloaded the PandaBuy app to view linked products, since then I’ve been getting multiple scan emails claiming packages are held up and need my attention. Data gathering scam and nothing more.

1. They selectively scam customers, by marking certain products as "restricted" and asking for much higher shipping costs.
2. The /r/pandabuy subreddit is censored. Negative posts get removed.

We created a Discord group for the people who have been scammed in order to report their company and potentially initiate legal action.

Its not a "scam". People litterally dont read whats written 7 times everywhere. Yes shipping can be expensive if you only ship 1 item because it comes all the way from China
