There is no office at Antalya airport, nor any signs pointing to Pandora so they pick you up. At the car rental, the representative immediately tried to charge me for an additional fee/insurance, but I had already paid up front for all insurances available on the booking site. Also, I was surprised that the representative required me to film the car from top to bottom and check it for every flaw even though I had taken all risc and then some. The representative was relentless and kept prolonging the process while pressuring me to pay the extra fee/insurance. Interestingly, the price of this extra fee kept going down and all I wanted was to understand the reason, need and character of this extra fee. The contract informed that if you end up in an accident you have to call the cops, demand an alcohol test and demand a written report. If this is not done your insurance will be voided and you will be liable for an "unlimited" amount. I asked what would happend if the cops dint show and the representatives got upset and then refused to give me my rental altogether. On top of everything, he wanted to leave us in the middle of nowhere and that we should get a taxi back to the airport. We managed to persuade him to drive us back to the airport since he was taking my designated rental to rent it out to the next customer. Sadly, he refused to process my refund and that I had to take it up with someone else, so I am still fighting for it.

Is it normal to not keep your reservation time? And I don't know how to explain the request for additional insurance outside of the reservation and the non-return of the deposit. Oh, do I really need to explain this? no. I just got scammed. Everyone, please take precautions whenever possible. The only way to be proactive is to avoid this company. I wanted to end the trip on a good note, but it was impossible. Avoid this company. It's dangerous.

I'am so disappointed in your attitude. The rediculous act of trying to cheat us was flustered.

1. The company received the deposit(900EUR) and didn't return it.
(I contacted the company, but the company replied that they couldn't return it.)

2. I paid all the insurance costs when I booked online, but the company demanded an additional 280EUR for insurance.

3. Even if there was nothing wrong with the car, the company charged 250EUR for car washing.

Worst rental car company. Use this company if you want to make terrible your trip. First of all, this company was too late for the reservation time, it means that your first day will be completely nothing. In addition, there was no word when we returned the car, but as soon as we returned home, they sent us an unfair bill. We barely got the deposit back. I have been suffering from this company for a month.

they didnt kept meeting time and asking insurance fee which is already paid.
we showed them voucher about it but they didn't care about it at all.
never ever use this company. they deserve to be ruined.

They asked for additional insurance that was different from the time they made the reservation. It also did not return the deposit and unfairly made a post-claim. There was no decency for them and all that was left was our loss.

I rented a car last month. The deposit had not been refunded. I contacted Pandora and they quickly solved my problem. I am writing a review because I am really satisfied with the car and the staff. I recommend you to try👍🏻

This the worse rental car, car has engine issue, no one responsible, worse staff. Not on time. Do not recommend at all!!!

People arriving to Dalaman (Turkey) normally don't stay close to the airport but instead go at least to Fethiye or much further, which was my case. I expected to pick up a car and drive the same day to Konya (>7h-drive from Dalaman airport). The manager was not waiting for me on arrival. I had to call and wait for 40 more minutes to be driven to rent-a-car office. In the office the manager swiftly rejected my credit & debit cards (I used the cards before for car rentals and guarantees) and I was offered to either cancel my booking (, lose my deposit and walk away with my luggage wherever I like) or pay in cash 2.5 times the rental contract price and drive away as planned. It looked like a smooth and well known scheme for the manager. Needless to say that I paid to the swindler. There was no receipt for the given money, only a pencil mark in the contract. I had to block my cards to avoid being charged again.

Rented a car at Pandora online for 10 days (Sivas airport). They picked me up drove downtown to the office to do the final checks. There i paid 607 euro’s deposit with my credit card. The told me that the deposit will be paid back in one month. This never happened. I started calling them and mailing. After several times, today, 9 weeks later (24-05-2023) they send me back the money in Turkish liras what makes €555 euros. I am not sayin that these guys are scammers but they are not doing this the right way. If i did not call or mailed them maybe my money would not be paid back at all. Poor service. Now i lost an extra €52 extra. This is not the first time i rent a car. But this is the first time i see deposit being paid back like this.
So please people who read this, pay a little more and rent a car somewhere else. Not at pandora.

I do not recommend this car rental company they overcharged us by over $1000 usd and refused to refund us.

The worst experience ever. A group of charlatans who should go nowhere near if you value your sanity. Pay extra if you have to but do not use this company.

I rented a station car and got a Renault Clio. They had no other car left, so had to accept this one. In addition, they charged 30 euros extra than what was on the agreement. Pay cash in euros. Because they mess around with that ATM. Never again they are real scammers.

May I please warn you not to rent a car from this company. Their administration is totally not correct. I was also falsely charged by Pandora Car Hire, and they were absolutely not helpful in refunding the amount.

1- it took over 2 hours to take the car
2- i didnt even get the right car
3- i paid for brigde cash and after 2 weeks they took it from my bankacont for twice, and i have now tried to call them more than 10 times and send many emails. i didnt get my money back.
dont use pandora!!!!!
