I saw a dress on the Pandora website. As I could not attend the store, I emailed them for more photos and information. All of my enquiries were answered immediately by Sona. I made the purchase online and the dress was posted straight away with tracking. Unfortunately within a few days we realised that the item was lost in transit. Sona contacted the delivery service and sorted everything out. It was an unfortunate situation which can happen with any delivery service. However I was impressed by the level of service I received from start to finish. I was sorry that I did not get to wear my lovely dress but my money was refunded in full. I have shopped at Pandora before and will definitely shop there again. I can certainly recommend them. SONA thank you so much.
