Paid to have some scratches fixed but didn't look like anything had been done when we picked the car up. I think they had just tried to polish them out. Paid 160 for that...

Insurance company made me use Aylesbury Panelcraft.
I wish I had had a choice.
In their defence their customer service team (the people I spoke to on the phone) were excellent and they tried their best. But the people in their work shop doing the bodywork repairs are incompetent with no attention to detail.
Panel fit and gaps after the repair were shocking, uneven and not symmetrical so I sent the car back because basically if someone wanted to buy the car they would immediately spot that there had been a front end repair.
I even measured the panel gaps of a similar car and sent them photos to help them.
When I got it back the fix/bodge they had done was worse.
In the end my excellent local garage The Car Works sorted the panel gaps whilst it was in for something else and it looks good as new.
