Ya get what ya pay for! Kinda of a janky elevator, fridge doesn't work very well, but almost has utilities are included, even internet. Residents are friendly.

Efficient, fast and convenient leasing with Pangea.
The process to rent an apartment with Pangea was convenient fast and efficient. The rental agent showed me the apartment. Then I completed the application and paid the credit check fee. I received the approval the very next day. I set an appointment to sign my lease and a week later I picked up the keys to my new apartment. I love my studio. It's great efficiency urban style living.

They was really on top of everything and the apartments are so put together! I love my new apartment and Pangea helps with anything that needs to be done! They are the best and money wise the move in fee helped a lot !

Pangea 2one the best real estate agencies because they strive for excellence and tries to maintain good conduct within the company. Sometimes they can be busy but you can count on them to be productive. Good service has been provided to me since being a new lease holder. Confidence and Warmth
From the time you apply to the time youre done with them, they are there for you. My lease they always kept in contact and they worked with me to make sure it worked for me. Very responsive, very friendly, and I always feel welcome to enter the office knowing that my problems will be heard then solved.

Just opened my fridge and saw a dead roach........which inspired me to write this review.
Moved in-in early September. Too bad they (actually not they, just K*lly, now I know why she conveniently left her purse at home) didn't warn me about the roach infestation. They're suppose to spray once a week but he's only been here twice. Also, this place is swarming with flies (I've at least 15 in my tiny studio at the moment) due to the maintenance leaving the back door open literally ALL day, mon-fri. Honestly y'all have NO integrity. Shameful.

We do treat the hallways two to three times per week and our janitor does extra cleaning on a daily basis, but unfortunately it can take some time to get rid of all pests. We are working to eliminate all pests and would be happy to stop by your apartment to treat it separately (or return if we've already been there). However I think they should work more on upgrading the in house facilities like the W. C and gas stoves etc and more work on roach issues. If this is all set and done, Pangaea parkwest will be desirous estate.

Hi, Latrice. I'm sorry for the delay in responding to this. My understanding is you've talked to Tremell about this, but feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions or issues. The building and your apartment we treated for pests on 9/20, and a tech was back out to your apartment yesterday (10/2). A tech will be back again to spray your cabinets once all the items are removed. While we do our best, sometimes it can take a few treatments to fully get rid of pests. As for any promotions, we don't show anywhere that currently says we offer garages for your building, but I'm sorry if that was ever incorrect in the past. We do have window A/C units, so please let us know if you're having any issues with that and we'll be happy to come out and make sure your A/C unit is working properly. Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with as well.

My move in wasn't as professional as I would have hoped. My apartment keys didn't work, and it was the day I was moving in, and I didn't and still don't have my mailbox key (after a week). I find myself calling the property manager often an leaving messages and not getting a response until I keep calling, but other than that my apartment is great.

Blake Smith is the best property manager ever!! He's honest, he always listen and he gets the job done. You'll never had to wait on Blake, he's willing to come out himself if there's an issue. Now that's dedication!

I really didn't like the miscommunication but they did find something for me that was reasonable ,but the application process wasn't pleasant. Another thing is I don't think it's appropriate to show a unit when it's not completed..
