Apparently the wrong postal service was used which did not supply the Channel Islands and the goods were returned. There was no replacement stock available. I only found out this after inquiring why my goods had not arrived after 2 weeks. Not a good service.

I have purchased Pantherella socks on a few occasions after high recommendation from a very good friend. But customer service is not in any way five stars. When I phoned to ask why my delivery had come to me and not the delivery address I had paid for I was told they had no idea why that had happened and they also had no idea what they could do about it. I think many other companies would have known exactly what to do about it. And have offered a number of different solutions.

I am satisfied with Pantherella’s customer service; who took time to call me a product in my order which was out of stock. Items purchased arrived in good time and well packaged. At first glance and wear, I am satisfied with my purchase, just have to wear them, and purchase more.

My order arrived promptly and arrived in good condition. When I had to change my order, this too was dealt with promptly.
Telephone calls are answered promptly as well. This is rare in other companies.

I spoke to a lovely man yesterday with regard to an exchange and refund on socks I had purchased for my brother-in-law's birthday.
He couldn't have been more helpful and polite , it was so refreshing to actually speak to someone who personally knew the stock situation, what was available and the best way to address the exchanged products.
The personal customer service and attention to detail by the Pantherella assistant is in marked contrast to the largely anonymous and non existent customer service shown by many other online retailers.
