I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed. Used to order from Pantyshop all the time, all went well - was thrilled with quality.
This time all went wrong! I placed my order on September 1st, have not heard anything since and not received the order, of course....despite multiple e-mail sent.
They have no phone number on the website so I cannot contact them either...

I don't recommend ordering from them and find it extremely unprofessional and unacceptable to handle orders and clients this way.
