Unreliable Hosting With Zero Accountability

I would strongly advise against using this hosting provider, especially if you are running any kind of business or reseller service. We experienced a full server outage where WHM, cPanel, and all hosted websites became completely inaccessible. This wasn’t a minor issue, it meant zero access to client data, no ability to manage services, and no way to even perform backups.

What made the situation worse was the support. During a critical outage, the response was nowhere to be found and offered no assistance while everything was down. Received a reply the next day to say the server was online with no explanation. When your entire business depends on uptime and access, this kind of response is simply not acceptable.

After the issue was resolved, the handling of the situation was even more disappointing. Despite the severity of the outage and the clear business impact, they refused to offer any form of refund or even account credit, relying purely on policy rather than taking responsibility for the failure.

There was also confusion around the billing period, where they initially attempted to limit service access despite the service being prepaid annually, only correcting this after it was challenged. This added to the overall lack of confidence in how things are managed.

This experience made it clear that there is no real safety net in place. When something goes wrong, you are completely on your own, with no control and no meaningful support. If you are hosting client websites, this level of risk is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this provider to anyone serious about reliability, support, or protecting their clients.

If you are an individual and require hosting, stay away as their servers are unreliable and their "99.9% uptime guarantee" is false. The server drops for too long periods.

They are scammers... They have worst customer support ever... They will ghost you.

Based on their website they have best server specs. Never use this hosting at all, they are scam. They will give you good customer support before you join them but then they will ghost you, you won't find any support from there... I have been requesting my refund for more than 3 months now (today is 22 Feb, 2026) they don't even answer my ticket any more... I just used they hosting for only 2 weeks but I managed to lost 4 of my customers in my reseller business after being ghosted on support.... it was a very hard time for me, Imagine your customers need your support and you also need support but you are ghosted by your provider.

Just avoid Papahosting at all cost.

Papahosting sucks, the terrible customer support ever.

These guys have the best server specs for reseller in the world... Great specs with very very affordable price.

But they have the worst customer care ever, The worst customer care I ever see. They take too long to reply your ticket, if you are lucky enough you might get connected with live chat personnel and you will be lucky enough if you used 10 minutes before you get disconnected. Then you will try again 20 times and you won't be connected. If you are a new customer you can get good support but after you pay that is when you will start to struggle. I had an account with them within first 10 days i file for the refund. Just try them for your own risk.
