5 Star Service every time I visit the pizza is perfect and the customer service is outstanding. I never normally leave reviews but the kind man and lady who work there really make you feel welcome and my request is always remembered. Most honest guy even gave me my £5 which was nice as i had forgot to collect my pizza. I am regular customer and cannot fault them. Well done keep up the good service.

Awful. The only way to describe it. 1 hour and 32 minutes for delivery of a pizza less than 4 miles away. Rang the store on 3 or 4 occasions to enquire when the delivery was due. It's on its way was the response. Simple order of 1 pizza arrived 1 and half hours later. Asked if I could speak to the manager, Asif, but told he is not there. Call back tomorrow or Monday. Spoke to Ali to try and cancel the order and get a refund. He was unable to do, and told me to call back to speak to the manager. Never ever again. I should have looked at some of the other reviews. They say the same, NEVER AGAIN!

The pizza was delicious. Did Collection and it was piping hot when we got there ready on time. Service was great...v friendly and offered us free garlic bread .newton abbot branch. Did half / half for the kids ..thank you

it’s disgusting i’ve been waiting over an hour to get my food still haven’t got it. i’ve called they are so disrespectful not helping at all. Don’t come here.

Deliver by UBER. Stop using them! Ordered driver drove 20 mins the opposite direction to deliver another order first. My order had been out of the shop for 45 mins before it got to me. Stone cold and inedible.

The only pizza place I use. I order straight from their website, which saves me money. Generally I order two large pizzas, with cheesy crust, and two sides. With delivery costs me £35. The best dough and it's always warm. For two people it's 3 meals. About £5.8/meal. When I heat it up next day, it's still soft and fresh, not dry at all.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!!!
They don't tell you this, but they outsource to Uber.
My food was stolen by uber and never turned up. They said this is a frequent issue.
After 90 mins the store person delivered my food personally.
So you will get food, but I seriously hope you aren't hungry or in any kind of rush.

It's probably fine for takeout, but don't get delivery from Papa Johns.

I recently got four thin crust pizzas delivered to my house. It was for a birthday party. I had a mixture of pizzas. I received them and went into the. I noticed they did not have the seal stickers on the boxes. After that, I then opened them to revealed that they were well overdone and burnt. I tried calling a local Berkhamsted branch which they did not answer the phone twice. So the party wasn’t ruined and we had to eat what we were sold. I’ve been in contact with the contact details on PapaJohns website for them to say that I have accepted the pizzas at my front door and I’ve eaten them so for there I was happy with the product. I can’t believe that they have come back with that and said that on Goodwill, you can have a free large pizza. I just laughed at the email. What’s a total joke. I fall there will not be eating another pizza from Papa John’s. Disgusting. I have pictures on my phone, but I believe I can’t attach them to this message.

Had terrible pizzas from the Burntwood branch.
We had ordered 2 XXL pizzas that were awful.
They were meant to be spicy but there was no spice at all to them.
I emailed their customer services who said they would get in touch with the branch and get back to me.
They gave us codes to reorder the pizzas.
Wow! We ordered a Mexican with the one voucher. This was probably the best pizza we had ever had.
They got it right this time
It was full of spice. Little short on meat but lots of peppers, onions and jalapeños which was lovely.
The other bad pizza we had was a tandoori one.
It had hardly any curry base and was short on curry base. Again, this was perfect.
Beautiful curry base, nice amount of onions, chicken and jalapeños.
Lots of drizzle too
Always goes to show that if it’s not right complain.

Took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. On the app, it showed it in "checking and cutting" for ages amd even longer on its way. When it arrived it was inedible. Stone cold, cheese (what there was if it) congealed. Barely any toppings,.3 slices of a double peperoni had no peperoni. Bases were rock hard, giant cookie was burnt.
Admittedly the manager refunded us, but if I'd wanted to be hungry I'd have just kept my money in the first place

Seem to have went right downhill , I won’t be using them again now , every delivery seems to be over an hour now and on top of that they’ve removed the percentage deal from their app , so they are dirty dear as well now . So prices have went up and quality of service has went down . No thanks !!

Worst customer service and delivery service ever. Have waited 2 hours for our pizza and every time we phone they say they can’t get in touch with the driver. And they continue to lie and say it was delivered!

Took an hour and half to deliver and arrives ice cold. No insulation bag or protecion. Rubbery mess of cheese on a base that tastes like cardboard.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Papa Johns Morden (Order #81374387)

I am honestly shocked at how bad my experience was with the Papa Johns Morden branch yesterday. I placed my order (81374387) and ended up chasing them twice on the phone because nothing was arriving. When it finally did, it was delivered one full hour late.

And for what?
A stone-cold pizza with dough so hard I practically needed a hammer to break it. Absolutely unacceptable.

This branch is truly going downhill. I don’t know if the staff have changed or if management has, but something is clearly wrong. What a complete waste of money and a terrible decision to order from them yesterday.

Avoid this branch unless you want cold food, late delivery, and pure disappointment.

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. I waited an unacceptable hour and ten minutes for my order. I called the store five times, and during the final call I was standing inside watching an employee ignore the ringing phone while using his mobile. It was only when I banged on the glass he reacted. This level of service and the staff’s attitude are completely unacceptable and require immediate attention. I expect the store manager or franchisee to contact me directly regarding this issue.

Ordered many times from them, Got sent an offer via txt for an offer, followed it through and by the time it got to the basket it was nearly £8 more expensive. App and emails now deleted!

Worst pizza ever frozen pizza are better than this and arrived cold had to microwave again waited almost an hour

Eventually after chasing the order turned up cold and the pizza had a long black hair in it.
Tried to call the Hammersmith Branch and asked for a refund and was told basically to F Off!
Will be making a complaint to EHO as food not edible and had hair in the pizza

Do not order, quality has dropped off the face of the earth. Dominoes is far better, although even this has reduced in size over the years. It is a shame, for they have increased prices, reduced quality, and lost customers. I reckon that in two years, the company will collapse. As for the taste, i have never: the dough was tough, chewy and tasteless, the toppings where okay, but the sauce was abysmal. I have been ordering from Papajohns for years, but havent had it in around 2 years, awful suprise to see how far it has gone.

Always loved my pizza's from papajhons don't think i will be ordering from them anymore as they have gone down hill loads it comes semi warm to what it should be the pizza is cut like crap and have to recut the pizza and this has happened the last few time the driver had more then one delivery in his bag so by the time they get there order it will be stone cold, this is not the first time this has happened been last few orders other stores might be better of different but the on im my town is bad (Horsham)
