They really haven't actually 'done' anything to me. But with that being said, I personally don't think what this site offers is really good, at least not to me. I wrote the site 'guide' 3 time, he never answered. Also, I don't really think that posting 10 books before getting only 2 credits is really worth all the trouble. In fact, I just mailed a nearly new book I hadn't used, to outside the USA, more of a cost than what the site calculated because I chose to send it in a padded bag to protect it on its long trip out of the country, rather than just wrapping it in paper like the site suggested.
Furthermore, the books I really like, I cant find on their site. So it's all useless to me. Sending out a large paperback book, in great condition, I only had a couple of weeks, and not actually getting paid for the book, is a total bummer.

This was really an awful experience. I used their website functionality incorrectly but to the best of my ability, given the way its laid out and the instructions on their website. Then I received an extraordinarily rude and condescending email from them, attacking me for having not used the website correctly. The email isn't even signed by anyone - not surprising, given the level of rudeness and condescension. I will never post there ever again!!!

The best book trading site! Have used this site since almost the day it started. There have been many changes over the years, but it's always been a great place to trade books.
