Slow and incredibly poor customer service. After initial contact all my emails and phone calls went ignored despite them knowing I was on a deadline. After a week of failed attempts I took my business elsewhere and had my printing confirmed and proofed within 24hours. You should have to chase a company to give them business! Would not recommend.
We've recently got x1000 bags with our logo printed for some upcoming exhibitions, we ordered them a little late but they met our deadline no problems at all! Great quality, and love the fact they are planet friendly! Super customer service, had an issue with the courier damaging one of the boxes, we let them know and they have sorted the issue no problems. Highly recommend! :)
