I had an issue with delivery - and when I contacted the PC, I received an email right back from a very lovely and helpful lady, Charlotte. Problem was quickly rectified and I was very happy with the outcome. Will definitely be purchasing more pieces in the future.

First time I have used this company and the quality of the prints are impressive. Not the cheapest but fabulous value for money. We chose prints with frames and the frames were great quality too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

sloppy cut and slow delivery
It delivered after OVER two weeks and came with a sloppy cut. If it says 50x70vm that’s what’s expected not 50,3cm so now it won’t fit frames 50x70 without us trying to cut it properly with a scissors..
Seriously super unhappy about the experience of paper collective as the poster still was in the higher price range.

After ordering the parcels went to…
After ordering the parcels went to Holland. I chose a pick up point in my neighbourhood. I never received a pick up code from UPS. The parcels went back to the firm. Charlotte from customer service, always responded my e-mails and made it possible that I received both parcels!! Good quality and excellent service! Thank you
