Got a MPress Fighting Case with LED lights, the LEDs worked for about 1-2 weeks. I contacted support for a solution, in the beginning they said some troubleshooting, but then they stopped answering. I tried to get into contact with them and sent 6 mails under the span of 6 months without an answer. Worst customer support I have experienced.

The four springs I ordered arrived in perfect condition. My only issue was that I wish the bags were labeled more clearly. The weight of each spring was written in marker, but some of them are very faded.

Pads arrived in a timely manner and they are very grippy. My stick will slide no where for sure. They are easy to apply and remove actually.

The purple shaft cover was slightly smaller than the orange one causing it to rattle. The orange one fit perfectly. I assumed all the colors were the same length as wasn't sure of the exact size when I ordered, but It least I got something I could use. Shipping took a while but someone there got injured so I won't hold that against them. I would buy here again.

I pre-ordered the MPress and was extremely pleased with the product delivered. Someone even contacted me before mine was built to confirm my SOCD settings and I'm glad they did as I had selected one I did not mean to. Solid product, shipped quickly once finished, good packaging.
