Getting the car was a smooth process & cars drove well. Got on our trip with no issues. Cars could do with upkeep but overall good experience

They rent out dangerous cars. Our car had completely flat tyres with cracks in them. (It was an old warn out car from an other company that had written it off because we saw the sticker still on it) We canceled the rent and had trouble getting our money back!

Frquently I rent car from Paradise car rental. I am pretty happy with this company, especially from their KLIA outlet staff Ovi. She has good customer service and excellent communication capabilities.

Counter Service Miss Ovi is very good , did very fast service & very efficient. Top quality service receive from her. Car is very old and functions are not up to date.

The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. They even assisted us in getting a Touch ’n Go card for the road pricing system, which made our trip much easier. The car itself was quite old and made a lot of noise, but considering the very low price, it was still good value for money. While the vehicle wasn’t anything to get excited about, the overall experience was okay thanks to the great service.

The car is good but have annoying sound. Better fix it before rent to customer... Thanks

The booking process with Rentalcars.com was smooth and hassle-free, and the vehicle was ready on time. The car itself was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable to drive. It performed reliably throughout the day, with no issues at all.
The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful, making the entire rental process easy and efficient. Returning the car was just as seamless. The way they maintain the proton Saga is truly remarkable.

Great experience with the car and the staff, the staff name Ovi was so nice and very kind to me, because I left my staff in car and she help me to take care of it, always recheck me to pick up the stuff( I’m foreigner customer from Thailand) if I have any chance to visit Malaysia again I will rent car from Paradise again and with only the staff name OVI

Very good service and car is clean and car condition good.

The worst car rental in my life. We booked a car from KLIA for 1 day. We have been given an old car which was not running very well. We did not bother as it was for 1 day only. At one point the car battery was down, we called their helpline several times but no answer. Then we fixed it with our own costs. While returning the car we mentioned this problem and they just ignored this matter and did not say even sorry.
I would have given 0 star if I could.

Definitely cheapest prices in Malaysia, hassle free and a chap Sam answered all the questions I have! Great experience and an easy process. Much recommended!

Very reasonably priced vehicles for rent. Convenient location at the city centre of KL. Would recommend to all travelers looking to enjoy their time in KL.

Do not rent a car here! Car was in bad condition, and company does not return the deposit of 300 MYR.

Update: after contact with WhatsApp, the money is returned
