2026 and you still cant change a contact email address on one of their 4 of 4 licensing server portals. Lost all confidence, looking at open source solutions for NTFS read/write, they might be marginally slower but at least you dont have to worry about trying to log onto a license server to find your account is no longer valid. Well done Paragon yet another dinosaur company.
Clueless software designers
I have just wasted an hour of my time trying to download this hot mess of software. I clicked on setup to try and install, and then it came to an 'End User License Agreement' with 'accept' greyed out. There is a link under it to some actual End User Agreements, but again no way to accept them. After going round in endless loops, I gave up and uninstalled it. Never again.
Useless garbage
Useless garbage! The product is impossible to be installed on a brand new mac mini m4. The setup stuck on an instruction page and using the app is impossible. DON'T WASTE MONEY, FOR THIS THRASH!

They have no technical support whatsoever. I've been creating tickets for two months, asking them to change my email address in my personal account or transfer my license, but they simply don't respond. NTFS for MAC works well, but be prepared to deal with any problems on your own. Do

I never used it .
When I decided to install and activate it, the activation failed.
I sent them 3 requests , they did not even answer.
I you need it for personal use their product is bad not

Totally ignored
It's 6 days since reporting that my Win 10 PC can't write to an EXT3 drive with their Linux on Windows app.
Nothing received, not even an acknowledgement.
The ability to write to EXT3 is important to me but clearly not at all important to Paragon.

They gaslighted me with the excuse that there are now 3 different license systems and that I would need to "upgrade" with a 30% off coupon mentioning some "upgrade policies" that never existed when I bought it.
Rolling disaster of a trainwreck.
The new software portal is a complete trainwreck (although the old one was awful too -- but at least I got used to it). They are asking all paid software clients to self-migrate their licenses to this new convoluted portal that is not only slow, but often errors during registration. It's baffling that a company known for great software has seemingly gone to great lengths to destroy their own reputation. It is literally (not virtually) but literally impossible to get anyone on the phone anymore, the automated system never reaches a human, at any hour, 24/7. I can only assume the company is all but shut down.

NTFS for MAC - Super slow support, but solved
I had a paid license with Paragon, that was not working anymore on my newer machine. Opened a ticket, it took like a month for them to reply after silence (I was just going to install Tuxera, in fact), but at the end I have to say that they solved the issue, I could install and activate via their weird platform.
Ok because they solved, but customer service cannot take ages. To be improved.
No support and product does not work on Apple Silicon
I bought Paragon NTFS for Mac 15 which does not work on my new Apple Silicon MacBook. I tried upgrading to version 17 but activation failed. I contacted support with full details and have received no reply. Very poor customer service for paid software. Not recommended
PARA-NONE SCAM software
Worst every
purchaser NTFS for mac 2 yearsago. And now when upgrading which was life time, login was removed, the serial. lucky i have pdf and email of purchase. !9 days ago i message zendesk and Paragon just doesn't reply at all. So i feel ripped off and scammed- emailed them again today NO REPLY
Great software
Great software, but non-existing support ruin everything. In 2022 I had some issues because of a new license portal. Now it's 2025 and here we go again with the same problem. In 2022 it was possible to get a response though. Now it's impossible to even get a reply from them. I'm entitled to a free upgrade, but nowhere to find my license keys and impossible to get in contact with support.
It's not very expensive for a new license, but cannot buy anything from a company where it's impossible to get in contact with anyone. There are alternatives from companies that care at least a bit about their customers.
I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this company even if they have some good products. I guess they are about to lose all of their customers and just a matter of time before they are out of business anyway.

We BOUGHT 2 licenses of their linux…
We BOUGHT 2 licenses of their linux software. They switched license systems and now we cannot use the software WE PAID FOR. This is insane. I am NEVER buying their software again and will make sure others do not as well.
No activation instructions and no support
After some years of using an old free edition I loaded the new Community Edition on my partners PC, it's always worked well and test restores worked so I bought the full edition. Unfortunately I was unable to activate it as no instructions were forthcoming. No response from support to a ticket. I have asked for a refund and it's been approved back to my Pay Pal account.

Bought a license for ntfs for Mac. Not able to activate it so raised a ticket. Still no response after 60 hours.
Scam company, stay away
As many people write here, they changed their licence program and as a result the lifetime subscription which I bought back in 2021 is no longer lifetime, I cannot login to my account any more, the support replied with a typical "login to your acount", which is a joke, because THIS IS THE PROBLEM, I cannot login any more. That is actually insane! Scam, don't buy their software. A friend of mine also had the same experience!
Run quick don't spend any more money
Don't part with your money, just don't do it. Zero support, login doesn't work. No responce from support so bad my assumption which still stands they have stopped trading or in process of. They have issues which aren't been addressed don't touch with someone else's unless you hate them even then that's cruel. 😖👎🏽 No reply then rubbish about I didn't respond and they are shutting support ticket down again don't touch anything from this company. Possibly someone from the support team has been treated badly and is taking it out on customers
Almost three weeks since buying licence…
Almsot three weeks since buying licence and the new Account system wont let me reset password. Says it sent me an email but nothing turns up.
Have multiple tickets in their ZenDesk system (which I have used before so know sitting there unanswered is not good for IT reports). Not a single answer.
Not good enough.
Going to charge back my purchase and find a different program.
