(TRMT-754347856) Customer service responses were often delayed by more than 12 hours, and ParcelABC relies on an additional intermediary (Servex), who then passes issues back and forth with the courier company. This “ping-pong” process inevitably leads to complications and significant delays. As a result, courier pickups are not carried out as scheduled. In my case, the shipment was postponed repeatedly for several days and, as of today (21 November 2025), has still not been collected.
It is important to note that only after escalating the matter to the CEO and posting public reviews did responses from ParcelABC become noticeably faster and more attentive.
Should the shipment eventually be delivered successfully to the recipient and the remaining process improve, I am open to updating this review accordingly.

They taking a money in advance from their customers with an explanation that you need to pay "customs prepayment" (which is an ordinary scam, because sender is not in obligation to pay any customs in receiver's name). They charge you without any warning in advance, but only when your order is already paid!
They asked me to pay a €20 customs prepayment, saying it would be refunded if no customs fees applied. After the parcel was delivered, I contacted them about the refund and was told that it usually takes 21 working days after delivery to receive any customs invoice — and if no tax invoice occurs, the payment will be refunded.
However, even after that period passed, no refund received yet!!!
When I asked after more than one month again for a refund from ParcelABC they mentioned "they will contact UPS" to fasten things - but, I didn't send the parcel via UPS, but by DHL! So, they are liers and cheaters, answering robotically on our complaints.
One more important information for you which would read this review - their explanation for this "customs prepayment" for parcels sent to UK and USA is that "their government ask from them to do this" - which is simply not a true! This Polish company registrated in England simply use this situation (read "this oportunity") with a new taxation laws to collect your money and invest it somewhere else in a meanwhile, befor you maybe get it back. For an example, sending parcels to UK and USA via Eurosender and ParcelHero don't require any "customs prepayment".

We exchanged over 20 emails, and I kept receiving the same repetitive questions. In the end, I was told to top up my account for custody — but when I decided to cancel, I was suddenly advised to ignore the previous message. Completely unprofessional and confusing. What would have happened if I had already paid? Absolutely not recommended.

I sent a parcel from Romania to the UK through ParcelABC.
They asked me to pay a €25 customs prepayment, saying it would be refunded if no customs fees applied.
After the parcel was delivered, I contacted them about the refund and was told on August 26 that it usually takes 21 working days after delivery to receive any customs invoice — and if no tax invoice occurs, the payment will be refunded.
However, even after that period passed, no refund was made. I contacted support several times in September and October, but each time they only said they would “check” or “get back to me”. Nothing happened until I posted this review.
Update: After posting this review, a manager from ParcelABC contacted me directly and confirmed that the refund would be processed immediately. The €25 has now been returned.
I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, but it took more than two months and required multiple follow-ups.
Advice to the company: please process such refunds within the promised timeframe and ensure that customer service is aware of the information already provided to clients.
The explanation given in the company’s reply about possible customs delays doesn’t seem valid in this case, as I was clearly informed that the waiting period was 21 working days — and this had already expired long before the refund was made.

I ordered a delivery through Parcelabc.com, with GLS as the contractor. Everything on Parcelabc’s side was clear and well-organized, but GLS caused serious problems: at some point they marked my parcels as delivered even though I hadn’t received anything, and then stopped responding to my messages.
I reached out to Parcelabc customer support and would like to express my special thanks to Michał. Thanks to his efforts, my parcels were located in one of the GLS offices, while the company itself provided no response. Michał literally saved our important family belongings.
This is exactly how the customer support of a reliable company should work. Thank you!

I needed a large parcel shipped from France to Canada and the rates I found for several other carriers were astronomical! So I gave Parcel ABC a try, and not only was the price very reasonable, but to my surprise (and delight) it shipped in less than a week!
Overall, my experience with Parcel ABC exceeded my expectations, so I'd definitely recommend them.

It is accessible on an online platform. It is great that it truly works, with excellent helpful customer service. I opted for pricing I could afford to collect my left behind package that arrived after my business tour in Spain. They collected it and forwarded it to my home country. I received the package with all items intact. For me this was excellent service traditional experienced couriers had failed to collect. But this company excelled and met my expectations. I vouch for it entirely.

It was a very positive experience using ParcelABC to get my package sent from Japan to Canada. I received it in just a couple of days and for a much lower rate than what others were charging me. When I accidentally submitted my package request form twice, their customer service was quick to reply with refund instructions and protocol. Would definitely use them again and a great option if sending packages internationally.
