As outlined in our Terms and Conditions (Section 18 – Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage), all shipments are subject to an investigation process conducted together with the contracted carrier. At present, your case is under formal review with the service provider. Unfortunately, investigations of this nature can take up to 30 days, as confirmation must be obtained from all handling hubs within the transport network.

We would also like to clarify that:

Compensation conditions depend on whether additional insurance was selected at the time of booking.

Where no additional insurance has been purchased, liability is limited in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable international carriage regulations.

According to the shipment records, the parcel was returned due to missing customs documentation. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions (Section 20.3 – International Carriage), it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that all mandatory customs documents, including the customs invoice, are uploaded to the ParcelABC platform prior to collection. Customs authorities require complete and accurate documentation in order to clear shipments for export and import. Unfortunately, without the required documentation, the carrier is unable to proceed, and the shipment must be returned.

Regarding the refund timeline, we understand that the waiting period was frustrating. However, return and customs-related charges are issued to us by the carrier only after their internal review and invoicing process is completed. In this case, the refund was processed once we received the official invoice from the service provider confirming the applicable charges. As per our Terms and Conditions (Sections 8.2 and 17.6), costs associated with non-delivery, return shipments, or customs issues are passed on based on the charges invoiced by the carrier.

Please be assured that we do not delay refunds intentionally. We are bound by the procedures and billing timelines of the carriers involved, and refunds are issued in accordance with the confirmed amounts and our contractual obligations.

Worst Support Experience and Zero Accountability

We have used this service several times, and every single time it has been the worst support experience imaginable.

Regarding our current order, the situation is unacceptable. First, the shipping labels were mixed up. Support replies at best once per day, despite the website claiming a 4-hour response time. None of the phone numbers are answered. We leave voicemails and never receive a callback. Since the payment has already been made, we are completely dependent on them.

We are shipping to Dubai to an address where FedEx delivers packages every single day. Parcel Labs assigned FedEx for this delivery as well. The address we provided does not have a house number — the building has a name instead. This is completely normal in Dubai, and we have been receiving deliveries to this exact address for months without any issues.

However, Parcel Labs insists the address is invalid because it lacks a house number. We explained the situation multiple times, yet they respond like parrots with the same template reply and then disappear for another day.

Our exhibition date is approaching, and we must receive this shipment on time. Instead, they are putting us at risk by ignoring calls, responding extremely slowly, and refusing to resolve the issue.

This level of service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

I paid for the delivery 10 days ago

I paid for the delivery 10 days ago. The item still hasn't been picked up. The company keeps asking stupid questions about the sender address, though I confirmed it several times and they have the sender phone number as well. They answer back in a day or two, very slow, very unprofessional. Not sure I'll get my parcel at all....
I submitted my email and you guys (abc parcel) still texting me here with formal apologies instead of contacting me throughy email to get all the details you need "to solve this problem"

First, we would like to clarify that ParcelABC is an online shipping platform that allows customers to compare and book services from different courier providers. We are not the carrier ourselves. In this case, the service selected during booking was provided by CTT Correios de Portugal.

According to the tracking information and the updates provided by the carrier, the parcel was delivered to a designated collection point after unsuccessful delivery attempts to the receiver. As advised in our previous communications (since January), when a recipient cannot be reached, the courier has the right to leave the shipment at the nearest available pickup location, where it remains available for collection in line with the provider’s procedures.

We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be and we have been sharing all updates received from the carrier. If you still require assistance, we kindly invite you to contact our support team directly so we can review the case once more and provide any additional clarification available from the courier.

Booked a courier collection from Italy to the UK. After payment for a booked collection, I was subsequently emailed and asked to pay additional 40euros in taxes and to provide an invoice as a pre-requisite for collection. I did not have any invoice as I was not purchasing anything but simply trying to get back my glasses that I had left in a museum in Rome. When I tried to get a refund I was told that they had already paid the carrier upon by booking! they stole my money without providing the service. Doggy platform

For international shipments, carriers and customs authorities require specific documentation for all cross-border movements, including personal belongings and non-commercial items such as forgotten personal effects. An invoice or pro-forma invoice is mandatory for customs clearance, even when no purchase has taken place, as this document declares the contents and value of the shipment.

The additional charges you were informed about were not imposed by ParcelABC, but by the carrier and customs requirements associated with international transport between Italy and the UK. These conditions, including responsibility for documentation, customs compliance, and additional fees, are clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which must be accepted before booking.

Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, the carrier service and label are generated and costs are incurred immediately. For this reason, refunds are subject to the Terms and Conditions and may be limited where the service has already been initiated or where required documentation is not provided.

We strongly reject any suggestion of wrongdoing. We understand the situation was disappointing, but no funds were taken without cause or service initiation. We always encourage customers to contact our support team directly so we can review specific cases and provide clarification where needed.
