In my view

In my view, a parcel delivery company is in the business of delivering parcels. I don't know what business Parcel connect is in but it certainly doesn't deliver parcels. When I used the tracking number provided on the "Missed Delivery" card in my mail box, I was informed that my parcel was located at an undisclosed pick-up point. I tracked down a phone number for them and was informed that, Yes there is a parcel, yes it is for me, sorry, we don't disclose sender details, we'll contact you within 5days via email to advise where your parcel is being held and when you can pick it up. I don't understand why I should be required to pick up my parcel which should have been delivered by a so-called delivery service.

Detective needed to figure out where to collect my parcel from…

Left me a card to inform me they’d missed me (of course). No info about where to collect my parcel from.

I used the tracking number in the website and they still could not tell me where to collect it from… they needed more information - isn’t that a senders issue?

Anyway, I WILL NEVER AGAIN buy from the shop that used this service because it’s they have chosen a nightmare delivery company for me to deal with.

Just use AUS POST, yall.

I received a card in the post box to…

I received a card in the post box to say that no one was home to accept a delivery. Wrong. I work from home 5 days a week, Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 17;00pm. No one knocked on the door as it was open and the screen door was closed. My wife was also home as the it was supposed to have been delivered at 16:30 pm. We also have a very yappy dog that can hear the slightest sound, nothing, zilch. zero. Now I am up for a fee of $5.50 for redelivery. Thanks.

Feedback for ParcelConnect

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by ParcelConnect.

I was expecting a delivery and was at home all day, yet I later found a card in my letterbox stating that delivery was attempted and I was not home. This is simply not true.

The card instructed me to collect the parcel from a local shop. When I went there, the staff member informed me that the parcel was not there and mentioned that this situation has been happening frequently, with many customers arriving to collect parcels that never show up.

I then called the contact number on the card and spoke to Mark. Unfortunately, the interaction was very unprofessional. He was rude, dismissive, and ended the call by hanging up on me instead of helping resolve the issue.

Between false delivery attempts, missing parcels, and unacceptable customer service, this experience has been frustrating and stressful. I am sharing this feedback so others are aware and can make informed decisions when choosing delivery services.

I hope ParcelConnect takes this feedback seriously and improves both its delivery processes and customer service.

A total pack of liars and fraudsters

A total waste of time is Parcel Connect. You sit at home waiting for delivery only to find the card stuck in your front wire door you saying your were not at home, pick up in 5 days but don't tell you where. Over the past few years I have this happen with 90% of their deliveries to my residence and on each and every occasion but 1 I have been home sitting at my desk waiting for delivery.

pick up locations don't exist

The two locations that said i could drop my parcel off at for collection either didn't know anything about the system or could not take my parcel. Rang them didn't want to know about it and hung up on me, rang again, finally said they will collect it from my home......stay tuned.
Seriously, the reply??? Fix your A.I. Your service is garbage!

Update, after several days, they then had the package collected from my home.

Worst Parcel delivery company on the…

Worst Parcel delivery company on the planet. Avoid them at all cost!!
Delivered my parcel 5km to a pickup location right in the middle of city with no parking when they should have delivered to a location closer to my phone.
Filled form on the Website to request redelivery, didn't happen.
Took them 20 DAYS to finally deliver! I am just surprised how are they allowed to operate still.

Stay away from this delivery company

Apparently parcelconnect.com.au is different to the Ireland one (obviously). Delivery had no door bell ring whatsoever and the delivery guy literally saw me inside and still walked away and dropped a calling card. Have redirected for today but still nothing, terrible service!
