This is a scam

This is a scam. They don’t even send login details nor give information about their services. The just barely show you where your parcel is and the charge you for a month subscription with no prior notice.

Absolute scammers !

Absolute scammers !! Offer nothing but the same as you can do yourself with a tracking number !!! Take £1 from your bank but then swipe £24.99 from your bank the next day for doing nothing!! Rip off !!

I am have been a victim of this scam…Very Little Help from Tesco Credit Card Services

I am have been a victim of this scam which is bad enough. However, having contacted Tesco Credit Card services and reported this activity which is clearly fraudulent their response was very poor. They advised me that as I had willingly offered my details for the £1 services there is nothing they could not treat this as fraud. They will put a stop on the company, however if this company decides to change its name by one character / digit they cannot guarantee money will not be taken out of my account.
"Every little helps" and I am afraid Tesco Credit Card Services helped very little.

Gave it one star..because i couldent give none.

Gave it one star..because i couldent give it none.You pay a pound..then they try to take a bigger sum later on.My bank intercepted them thankfully.How they are not blocked I have no idea.Shameful.DO NOT GO THERE>

SCAM

SCAM! They charge you £1 to find your parcel and then each month another £24.90 includding the month you paid £1. Called them for refound but they wouldn't do it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I used their service once in December 2021. I didn't know I was signing up to a subscription. I realised this in January, went to the website, cancelled the subscription. They have continued to charge me £24.90 per month. I have written to them numerous times and called them numerous times - no reply. I have called my bank and now I'm calling the police.

Very poor customer services went to…

Very poor customer services went to bank and they had taken £24 out my bank after it stated it was only £1 to find my parcel so complained and asked for my money back and basically they said no as it stated I’d be charged that amount after 72 hrs but am sorry I definitely wouldn’t of payed that kind of cash just to track a parcel so heads up people read the small print as u don’t get any satisfaction from customer services

The site said it found the parcel yet…

The site said it found the parcel yet it is still in the seller’s warehouse. Checked by typing scam after the website address and sure enough it is a complete scam. Always check the website address followed by scam or reviews to see the reviews etc.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost, it’s a scam, and so hard to cancel, I had to get my bank to intervene, the cancel form doesn’t work at all they gave me a right run around, and to top it all they didn’t even track my parcel,how sites like this are aloud to continue is beyond me, avoid at all cost

Pay a £1 and loose £24.90 a month until you cancel

This is the real scam pay a £1 and later take £24.90 it unbelievable we still have these leaches living on this land the only answer I got from customer service is you should have read the terms and condition . The that gets you is trackerly that’s the name they use.

This is a scam

This is a scam. Do not use! They offer to track a parcel for £1 but then take £24.90 out of your account every month. Then the contact form does not work to cancel and the login details do not work to check anything. Then when you call customer services, they say “well you should have cancelled”. I have now been told I’ve cancelled after 2nd phone call & 2 payments later, we shall see…

This is a scam. It appears to be a re-badge of a company called Trackerly. See their reviews. Essentially they offer to track a parcel for £1 but then take £24.90 off your credit card every month.
