I love that you can create your own box! I made 5-item boxes my Bridesmaids. Arrived super quickly. Great value for money compared to the other build-your-own box sites. Amazing customer service.

I was thoroughly impressed with the parcel I received. The presentation was excellent, the items were high quality, and delivery was prompt. A wonderful experience from start to finish—would happily recommend to others.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt absolutely compelled to write one for Parcel London, because they were just exceptional.

I ordered four bridesmaid proposal boxes, each one customised to the recipient, and I can honestly say the whole experience was above and beyond anything I expected.

The boxes were delivered really quickly and filled with super high quality items. Beyond the product itself, the customer service was just incredible! Super responsive and really warm. It genuinely felt like I was being looked after by friends who wanted to help make something special. That kind of service is so rare these days, and I was honestly a bit blown away.

I had asked if they could include a longer personal message than their usual 300-character limit and not only did they say yes, they hand-wrote each message into a beautiful “Will you be my bridesmaid?” card. As someone who lives overseas and often finds it hard to send personal gifts back home, this truly meant the world to me.

If you’re thinking about using Parcel London, just do it, it’s a really good idea! For any gift that needs to feel heartfelt and beautifully put together, they are it. I can’t thank them enough.

P.S: If I was Evie’s manager, I’d totally take her for a pub lunch or something, she’s an absolute gem!

This is the third time I’ve sent a lovely “Parcel” to my daughter in London from here in New Zealand. It’s so convenient, the quality is fantastic and it’s such an easy process.

I created a box for my friend, which was amazing as there was so much choice! I was sent the tracking number but there was something wrong with the dhl website, so I messaged parcel on Instagram to see if they could check the status of the delivery. Someone came back to me the same day to give an update and if had been delivered. Amazing service, lovely products! Would definitely buy again and recommend!
