My previous 5* review is now 1* - would never use again
My previous 5* review is now 1*.
As long as you don't have any issues you might be OK.
I used them several times but when the courier in USA damaged my parcel they would not compensate me even though I paid for insurance. I lost £170 as I had to refund the client. The annoying thing was that courier had agreed to pay but Parcels Please would not let me claim. They send you round in circles for months for months and never answer emails with a sensible response. They just send standard letters which show they don't really read anything. Dreadful experience.
They also sent me a letter asking for more money on another parcel that they said wasn't measured correctly but in fact I knew that I had paid too much as when the parcel was taped up it was several cms shorter so I was annoyed that I had over paid. I had photos too of the measurements. When I responded with the facts I didn't hear from them again so I imagine they just try it on hoping that some people will just pay. I will never use them again. Not even for free.
