After a week of waiting
After a week of waiting, I get an email telling me that my order is delayed until further notice. Not to mention that they very quick to take your money, seconds after you've placed your order.
Terible, DO NOT order from them, it does not sound professional!

Do not use. Take money for your order immediately then a week later advise you they cannot complete your order as an item out of stock. As your order is then below £40.00 they then have the nerve to charge charge you £5.00 postage on the rest of your order if you want it despatched straightaway rather than wait another two weeks for the out of stock item to arrive in their warehouse. After phoning them twice each time was told this would be refunded but they have not done this. Now they have not had the common decency to reply to my email concerning this and yes of course the refund has not been given. Liars. Never ever will I use this awful company again.

slow packing
They don’t update their delivery information on their homepage. I brought something waited 12 days still no update on my order. So I called customer service, the agent is very patient and explain the reason, but refuse to tell me when can I expected to receive the product. I called 2 days later, still didn’t get confirmation when will they sending the package, so I canceled my order with customer service agent, their customer service is super good, but too slow to send pack

Low moral and service ....stay away
My product was damaged due to insuffientinner packaging and parfumdreams want to transfer the fault to the carrier and they want the me/the customer to file a claim! The outer packaging was undamaged. I'm missing words for bad experience and customer service / moral. It cost money to save money on packaging or it will cost customers when you deliver so extreme bad service!
