Responses faster on Trustpilot than via customer service
I am still waiting to receive a refund after chasing perfumerie.nl for two weeks. Within 24h of submitting a negative Trustpilot review, I receive a response via Trustpilot to "please explain why?" (see below). If you were to serve your customers prior to ensuring your positive online ratings, you probably would not be getting these negative reviews in the first place. In the meantime, I will continue to patiently wait for your email response, as your phone lines are coincidentally "disrupted" for several days now...

I have never received my order and have…
I have never received my order and have not received an adequate response. They don't respond to my emails either. Been waiting for my order for weeks. Contrary to what they claim, I did not receive the package. Also not delivered to neighbours. Bad communication.
