If I could give them a zero, I would!
If I could give them a zero, I would. The linen dress I ordered was made of cheap polyester. After research, I discovered the pictures were taken from an Etsy seller’s listing. The cost of the return to them was nearly $35 and the email response about returning products was this.
“ The buyer shall bear the return shipping cost.
Prepare a piece of paper with the return order number or e-mail address and the SKU of the product (SKU is the text on the label of the package you received), as well as the reason for return. Place it in the package and send it back.
Please send us a photo with the return tracking number.
We will refund the purchase price after receiving and inspecting the item.
Please send it back through your local post office, do not use DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx or other courier services.
(If you choose one of the above fast shipping options, you may have to pay import taxes and delivery may be delayed due to the customs clearance process.
Please note that before you return your item, here are some additional reminders that go beyond the requirements of the return policy.
Return shipping is expensive and usually takes a long time to receive;
unlike packages sent to you by our commissioned freight forwarder, your return package is more likely to be lost in international shipping;
refunds (excluding shipping costs) will only be transferred once the parcel has been received and inspected for clarity
the declared value must be the same as the original parcel, otherwise import taxes may be incurred and the returned parcel will not be delivered to us and returned to you.
the original parcel needs to be charged with shipping fee (we need to pay some shipping fee when it is sent to you), when we receive the returned parcel, the system will deduct the corresponding fee”
