Parimatch india website and customer service is very bad, they are unable to refund my missing payment transaction, it's been deliberately delayed every time. They don't provide proper customer support also .. my refund has been delayed since many days.

Did a vip transfer to parimatch, played a bit and then they took away my vip status and blocked withdrawals. They asked for documents, I waited like 6 days, then they told me to upload docs again plus screenshots of deposits from my crypto wallet. I uploaded everything and now Im waiting again, already day 7 for verification. They promised it would take 5 days. Today I got a reply saying I uploaded the wrong documents again, but the docs are perfect, everything is clear, Im clearly a real person! Maybe its because I put fake first and last name on my profile. I did it on purpose cause the platform allows it and support chat told me its fine and theyd forward it to the verification team. Basically, even with perfect documents and wallet screenshots, the casino keeps rejecting any attempt to clarify the situation.

I do not understand why the Parimatch team is not addressing the concerns I have raised, or whether they are deliberately avoiding the issue because they do not have a solution.

As I have already informed you, I received the withdrawal amount in my bank account on the same date the transaction was processed. However, a few days later, I received a Cyber Crime notice from the police regarding this withdrawal transaction. As a result, my bank account was frozen due to the transaction initiated by Parimatch.

Furthermore, the Cyber Crime Officer informed me that the amount transferred by the Parimatch payment partner was flagged as suspicious/fraudulent and was linked to a registered FIR. Based on the instructions received from the Cyber Crime Department, I was required to return the disputed amount to the original victim. Consequently, I have suffered a significant financial loss, including the loss of my legitimate winnings.

I request that you verify the UTR/Transaction ID details of the successful withdrawal initiated from your end and compare them with the transaction details against which the lien has been marked. The details match exactly. I have already shared all relevant documents and evidence for your reference.

Due to this transaction, my bank account has been subjected to a cyber lien/freeze, and I have incurred substantial financial losses. Therefore, I request Parimatch to compensate me for the winnings amount on which the lien has been imposed.

In compliance with the notice received from the Cyber Crime Department, I transferred ₹20,000 and 15000 to the original victim. As a result, I have also become a victim of this situation, as the payment was made from my personal bank account. I have already shared all relevant details and supporting documents regarding the same.

I therefore request Parimatch to reimburse the amounts of ₹20,000 and ₹15,000, totaling ₹35,000, to my account.

I have repeatedly brought this matter to your attention, but there has been no satisfactory response or resolution. This issue has now been pending for several months, causing considerable financial loss, inconvenience, and mental stress.
