The manager is arrogant and rude not only breaking the law for consumer rights when something is faulty but the way the staff are scared of him is a joke. Do not shop here unless you want cheap clothes at expensive price
Absolute appalling service, I returned a FAULTY item within the 30 day period and was intitialy refused an exchange or refund by the manager and was told to come back another day as she would need to show her boss and they do not have a refund policy! I returned the next day to be accused by the “boss” that it had been pulled, which it was evident it was faulty. When I asked for my receipt back he had screwed it up and it was on the floor. He continued to refuse an exchange or a refund! They are breaking the law, and no customer service skills what so ever!
