A secure parking lot and the price is right . The shuttles to and from your cruise went very well . I recommend Park By The Ports !

Flight was for 7am, got to the parking lot with 30 minutes to spare which was a good thing. No one was there when we arrived, in spite of the fact that we made reservations. It took 20 minutes or so just to get us to a shuttle, after scrambling to get 3 parties setup. Very unorganized. I also didn't care for the parking since it looks to be a body/auto shop of some kind and although gated, not sure I felt it was safe. Pick up from the airport also took a little longer (20+ min) even though we called ahead. I would look for alternatives.

Our first time using this service. The drop off was on time. The pickup was reasonable. Driver friendly and showed complete interest in helping customers. Will call on this company again for airport parking. Nothing bad to report.

Check in, check out was fast. Pick up at the airport was quick and easy.

It was a good experience, unfortunately they did not allow me to see where my car would be parked during my trip... I always have an uneasy feeling when a company keeps you from having all the information needed to leave in peace.
The place is not a parking lot, is a car shop's lot that they use to provide the service; the area is not that friendly, is not paved and is full of pot holes.

Other than that the driver was friendly and punctual.

The van responded quickly in the midafternoon to pick us up at the airport, about 15 minutes away.

I left my car for 18 days. Two days before our return trip, I called to remind them of our return. I fully expected the car to be waiting and ready to go upon our return to their facility. Instead, we had to wait 15-20 minutes in the hot sun for Kevin to LOCATE the car. There was not even the slightest apology given for this delay.

We do NOT plan to use Park by the Ports again.

Was accommodated at the last minute and excellent, fast transportation to the cruise terminal. Pickup three weeks later at Fort Lauderdale Airport was about a 20 minute wait for their van. My only complaint was that when I asked the driver to wipe off the numbers they "painted" on the front and rear windows of my car, he was annoyed and told me I should do it myself at a gas station. I had actually fallen on my trip and had unbandaged open scrapes on my hands, so to expose my hands to 'gas station water' to have to clean off something they had put on my car was unacceptable -- and I had already tipped him. I insisted he do it (he was the only person there at 8 PM (office was locked up) and he was not making another run to the airport at the time, so no real excuse for his attitude. I would use them again, though, although my personal preference is self-park rather than valet. Also, they are not open 24/7 (this may have changed since I was there), so if your plane arrives late, you will have to stay at a hotel overnight before you can retrieve your car. The facility appears to be used for many things, with lots of buses and vans all over the place. The appearance is a concern, because you can't help but wonder if your car will be jockeyed around and dented, but mine was OK.

Have parked in many areas in the FLL area for cruising over the past 10 years. Park by the Ports is now our pick going forward. It was recommended by friends and we have used them twice now with satisfaction. They are not always the quickest at getting you to the port because they make additional stops along the way, but other than that, they are as professional as any of the major parking facilities and better than most of the second tier at making the experience a good one. Email confirmations could get a little quicker - we have had to call and ask for them.

Going to the ship was fine but coming back had to wait 45 mins to get picked up actually had to call not enough shuttles coming through seen a lot of other shuttles coming and going but not to many by this company

I felt like they were parking there own car. Great Price as well.

Was disappointed in the distance and time taken to be picked up and returned to our car at the end of the cruise. Will likely consider alternatives that are closer and more convenient.

Great service and overall experience. Little to no wait time. All the employees were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely park here again!

Fast and friendly stuff, no problems.

I have used park by the port service a few times and the service was great and i have notice that their staff is very helpful and efficient not to mention extremely polite and professional.

Cramped and dirty parking lot also serves a commercial vehicle repair service. Had a late flight and the porter couldn't find my car. Then when he did, the battery was dead and the windows were left open. nice.

We have used this service twice in Ft Lauderdale. It worked great for us. We used it to park our car and ride the shuttle to and from the port. We didn't have to wait at either end. The drivers were courteous. One perk was that by parking at the garage we were able to get our car serviced and repaired while we were cruising. I would highly recommend this company.

Once we were back in port, we were on the bus back to the car park, in our car and on our way home within 20 minutes. What a wonderful job by all the employee's getting us on our way. Thank you so much. We will use this company again and again.

We are dismissed on the cruise ship by cabin/floor. My dismissal time was 10:15 and while the ship was trying to disembark 5000 people, it takes time. When we finally got thru customs and got our baggage, we waited 1-1/2 hours for a KSA van to pick us up. One marked bus came in to unload but the Port Authority would not let us go over and said that the bus would be back around to pick us up. After three phone calls and a testy operator we finally grabbed a Marriott/KSA bus and they called for a transfer. I would not use them again. Park N Go was closer and their vans were in the drop area 6 to 1 over everyone else.
