It's very difficult to find a serious company these days. Everyone wants it, but no one wants to give anything. I thank your company and the operators who took my case into their hands. They were serious, I had no problems, they immediately understood my situation and immediately decided to resolve it. You are unique and I have given you all my admiration. Not worth the money.
Not my first parker pen but definitely my last.
You can buy a lot of good ones for the same amount.

From their French website I reached a European reseller website (Forecast Pens (dot) com/) because I am in Italy.
I placed an order, but it eventually turned out to be a fraud (i.e., money paid, no delivery in time, no belated delivery, no response of any kind to my queries).
I tried to turn to their customer service, but they will not take it up.

I bought 2 Parker Pen refills from Amazon, but one of them was scratchy and patchy.
I went straight to Parker Pens, to inform them, and was contacted by Constanza.
She was most helpful and kindly replaced the 'duff' refill, even though I did not buy it from Parker themselves.
I felt their customer service was extremely good.

I used to love these pens. Sadly quality dropped so badly that even new pens get stuck by clicking 2 or three times. What is the use of buying a Parker if not a basic level of quality.

I have been using Parker ball point pens for at least 40 years. I have 4 of them on my desk right now. The refills are hard to find, expensive and don't write worth a damn. It is a shame that my free ball point pen from the bank works much better than your refills. It is a sad state of affairs you have ruined what was a great product. I don't know how you recover from something like this.

I have 4 Parker jotters. Only one has a smooth ink flow because the refills I now buy are scratchy. They are expensive and don't flow smoothly. They are sealed so you cannot test them before you buy. A real pity. I like the pen, the refills are abysmal.
I've used Parker for years. And it feels as though this is just another case of leveraging trust, established over time, against making a quick buck. Predictable, I suppose, but saddening, too. No more Parker for me.

VERY VERY GOOD!!! I got 3 now and I am very happy with them. They are cheep and last a long time. If you find problems like running out of ink try buying a cartridge from a different brand. They are compatible! I would rate 6 stars if that was an option.

At present I am feeling not so amicable with the company I have been a very loyal client and have collected some of there vintage pen. Yet now I am in dispute with them and my custom is liking to go elsewhere, as I did buy one a while ago and it has never worked, so I contacted them to fix or exchange it. They promised me 50% discount on a new one and they have never actually given me the discount as they were meant to recontact me to give me the invoice to buy as I had chosen one I liked from there catalog. To date I am still waiting for the invoice to pay for a new pen 9 months is just potentially a little long), I really did not contemplate it to be a problem but they definitely have made it in to one. No more business for them I guess. There choice ! )

The quality nowadays is just awful. I bought last year a couple of refills to replace one that had stayed 30 years at the bottom of a drawer (and that I have been able to use for the better part of two years after finding it again), but these new ones stop working after just 15 minutes, and leak absolutely everywhere. I reached out to Parker Pen directly in May 2021, but I have not heard from them since.
Thankfully the retailer was kind enough to send me replacements quickly, but they are as bad as the others.
The only difference I could find on the cartridge is that the newer version is manufactured in France, rather than in the US, so that may be one of the reasons behind this baffling drop in quality.
Utterly disappointed.

In a word, -Useless. Got one as a gift. Metal is so slippery my fingers just slide down the barrel until they are touching the page.

found here the most luxurious looking and functioning fountain pens, the price surely is quite approachable but its so worth it!

According to your web site these pens are supposed to last for a few years. I bought one a few months ago and after writing 3 letters to family the ink ran out. I then bought some refills which ran out very quickly. I use them to write in my diary and I managed to write three days when one ran out & another couple of days when the other ran out. I am disgusted with Parker. The refills I bought were Parker Quink flow.

Premium quality luxury pens, lasted with me for decades and with a reasonable price.
