Got my item in a timely fashion case has all the pockets I need and keeps my phone safe from drops

So far I really like the wallet. I wish the phone detached for pictures as the wallet can get in the way of the lens if you are not careful. I do like that the cash and wallet side stays shut because of the magnets when using the camera. The other comment I have is don’t order it if you are expecting it quickly, as the phrase “slow boat from china” actually fits here. My order took 3 weeks and the tracking software really didn’t work. Had it not been for the regular updates from Parkfield saying it was on the way, I may have cancelled. But I’m glad I waited as I do like it.

Parkfield customer service people were very responsive to my problem attaching my watch to the nylon bands I ordered. They graciously allowed me to exchange the bands I bought for mesh bands that I knew were easy to attach. I love the company's products and the service when I had a problem was outstanding.

I like the ring, but it doesn't stay "standing up" for me to stand up my phone.

Great product and was exactly as shown and described. Band is high quality, good weight, well constructed and I was able to remove links with the tools provided. I get so many compliments on how striking my watch is. Love it!

The iPhone cover in gold is what I’ve been needing. Don’t get why Apple only does rose gold. Thanks Parkfield.

It takes too long to receive a delivery, and when questioned about why it it taking so long, and where the item is in the delivery process, Parkfield provides no good answer. I expected the delivery to take less than a week, but it turned out it was closer to a month to receive the 2 items.
On the other hand, the items ordered were of decent quality, and appear to be exactly what the company stated they would be. I especially like the fact that the Apple Magnetic Charger will connect and recharge the phone through the case, rather than having to remove the phone from the case to attach it to the magnetic charger for nightly recharging. Despite the unexpected delay, I would order other products from Parkfield Supplies in the future, since tge item itself appears to be exactly what was advertised and of very good quality.

The colors are beautiful, the material is so soft and there are so many slots for your cards. My sister and I love them.

My phone case went missing in the mail so queried it when I didn’t receive it.

I received a response within 24 hours offering me a replacement and they resent immediately.

Fantastic customer service and would highly recommend and they will now be my go to when requiring these products. 😊
