Loved my stay at Chichester Lakeside with my small dog. Nice clean park and caravan. I had one small niggle which I shared with staff during my stay and that was there was no gate on the decking. I assumed that a pet friendly caravan would have had fully enclosed decking. Apart from that, I was very happy with everything. The staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful and I have already made another booking.

Lovely site, excellent caravan, clean and well positioned.
Location was good to explore area.
Those staff we met or came accross we friendly and pleasant.

Lovely place and would come again. Only negative would be the double bed felt like the caravan or the bed was lower than the foot of the bed. Made sleeping uncomfortable and pillows were poor. Other than that caravan was lovely and clean.

I was very Pleased with my whole Experience at The Whitstable Park.The Staff were very professional.The Accomadation was very Good.We had a Very pleasant and relaxing time.

Hengar manor is a lovely place to stay, clean & the staff friendly, especially on reception.

Have been going to Trevella holiday park for a number of years now, we have a touring caravan & always book a premium pitch. We were told that the pitches had been revamped this year. Not much of a revamp though, new gravel on awning space which is far too big & very hard to walk on even with a good ground sheet down. Still big potholes on edge of pitches, lucky no rain so didn’t get flooded out as on previous years. The bottom shower block needs upgrading not changed in 9 years. Cold showers which I & others reported more than once. Boiler had been switched off & didn’t know how to set it going again. Then they were too hot not able to stand under them, far too hot for children. The food from take a way is terrible & some not edible. I have a disabled husband, used to be able to book a pitch for a small fee before it changed hands. I do ask for pitch on lower level near to the shower block because of medical reasons but no guarantee. Don’t know why this is not possible as other places we stay have always been able to reserve a pitch. Only allowed to book 2 weeks at a time, yet head office says you can book 3 weeks. Bad communication with head office & Trevella.

Stayed at Harwich site and the reception staff were very helpful.
We have had issues in the past but on this occasion the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests.
So much so it was one of our best stays at this park.
We booked directly with the site instead of through the reservation site as we had a few questions and requests .
The lady who did the booking was so helpful we booked without hesitation.

Lovely,site very clean and well maintained the staff were really friendly and approachable.food and drinks were expensive £9 for a large glass of wine could buy a bottle in the shop from £10 the caravan we had was immaculate and had everything you'd need will definitely be returning at some point .

Fabulous park, calm and friendly. Next to the beach so we had a fantastic time. The Lodge was the best we've tried. We've already booked for next year.

Very relaxing weekend break, accommodation was very clean.

This is our second Park Holiday. Pakefield is a nice site, with easy access to the beach and walks to Lowestoft and Kessingland (good pub). The caravan was clean and comfortable and staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool.

The site location was good. Facilities on the site also suitable for our two young grandchildren.
The caravan was a good standard and comfortable.

Lovely clean caravan with everything you need. It’s well situated for the beach and bus routes. I had a lovely peaceful stay and the most important thing for me was that dogs were accepted and there was no charge for them. It made me feel extra respectful of the caravan I stayed in as I really appreciated that.

Stayed at new beach holiday park Dymchurch enjoyed the camp site and amenities caravan was also very lovely am returning again in August staff are very helpful and friendly thank you park holidays

We come every year and will be back again in October.The staff are great although we dont always enjoy the entertainment.The only downfall is it is hilly and i have mobility problems,and when we came in may we were next to a building merchant.Cant wait to see you all again

We hired three chalets three family's great chalets ,great hoilday site, all 6 children had great time and us done lots things on campsite, staff great, nice in club end day, 15 mnis drive to beach all tried go there again 😀

The caravan itself was nice, although we did have to ask for essential items ie-frying pan, jug etc for cooking these were brought to us really quickly after we asked.
The caravan park itself is lovely and clean although my 9 year old with high functioning needs got bored very quickly the park is very small and not big enough for a handful of children, there wasn’t much for him to do unless we wanted to pay more. We payed £10 for him to attend the doughnut party which in all honestly was not worth paying £10 for when we could have done this ourselves for half the price, he was waiting around constantly and wasn’t even allowed to decorate it himself it was the entertainment team who did it.
There was no-where I could take the children outside of the camp as I don’t drive and the roads are not safe to walk on ( no paths) when waiting for entertainment etc it was always late so again we was waiting around. We had our shoes stolen from outside the caravan ( we left them there for 15mins as they were wet and very grassy) when I told the reception staff they just shrugged it off.
The car had eggs thrown at it throughout the night so we spent a good amount of time cleaning that the next day.
We walked around to look at the duck pond and got told by someone to move away as we shouldn’t be there?
The swimming pool was lovely the only thing the kids actually enjoyed.

Rye Harbour Holiday Park is an absolute gem of a location, uniquely positioned right on the edge of a stunning, expansive landscape. Having the peace and tranquillity of the coast mixed with the relaxed park atmosphere makes for a highly memorable getaway

Great location and lovely site, caravan was very clean and spacious had everything we needed. Site could probably do with a shop for when you run out of essentials

Our first stay at Carlton Meres and we loved it. We chose a lodge to stay in and were very impressed, not only with how big it was but the cleanliness was exceptional. Little extras were included like a box of cleaning essentials - washing up liquid, cloth, dishwasher tablets, bin bags which was really thoughtful.
The bed was so comfortable we slept for hours each night - even better than at home.
The park itself is very clean and tidy with a fishing lake which was really nice to have a walk around in the evening.
We loved our holiday so much we booked to stay again before we left.
