Outstanding and Friendly

The standout experience was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Of special mention was Emma, Chris and Natasha.
Natasha expertly managed a delicate and challenging situation and I commend her calm and composure in handling that situation.
I had a post check out Invoice enquiry and Louise  who answered at reception, was super efficient and was able to resolve the query quickly with a clear and helpful explanation.
An absolute delight to be hosted by such a professional Team under Chris. A final mention that the food was outstanding and the hotel had a lovely character and feel about it. I will be back!

Sunday Roast - Half a Chicken!

Perfect location for sightseeing the area i.e. Ironbridge. Friendly staff. Excellent value all round. Quality food with huge portions (makes a change these days)? Spotlessly clean, great car parking...highly recommended
