Fined for parking at my own flat. They are totally uninterested in fining fairly. I will appeal for them to be removed from managing parking at our flats. A very unpleasant experience all round

we lost the parking ticket, and were in process of obtaining new one, Meanwhile for our own car, the company charged penalty even after knowing, that we are the authorized owners to the parking lot.
tried appeal, no use.
