Their website for parking reservations easy to understand and they response faster for my booking even at midnight. In addition they also have varieties of car service package. There were no clear information about the fact, that we had to pay extra for the shuttle bus service to the airport. That piece of information was hidden in the terms and condition section and was NOT clear enough.

Its kind of scam when you arrive at the parking they will ask you to pay 10€ for the driver to take you to the airport with cash payment only with no receipt and he will say because you 4 passengers
