I used Parkos for parking at Hamburg Airport (MSF – Park and Fly). When my car was picked up, their employee took photos of the vehicle. After getting my car back, I noticed scratches on the rear bumper.

I contacted them immediately. I have written emails and called several times. On the phone, I was told they would reply by email, but I have received no response at all.

Very frustrating experience. The damage will cost me around 300–400 EUR to repair, and the complete lack of communication makes it worse. I would not use this service again unless their customer support and handling of damage cases improves significantly.

I had a great experience with VOPI parking. Although it is a bit far (15-20 minutes) from the airport, it was easy to drive there.
Once we arrived to the airport, I got a call from the company, and he explained very well where and when to meet him as he will drive us to the parking with their bus.

Overall a good, easy experience.

Had my car in parking area for 53 days then the winter come and when I came to hent it wouldn't start I would have liked them to have started it before I came

Subject: Complaint about the return transfer from the airport
Dear HAM-Park & Fly Hamburg,
First of all, we would like to thank you for the transfer to the airport – it went smoothly and pleasantly. Unfortunately, however, we have to express our great dissatisfaction with the return transfer.
After our arrival at the airport, our calls were not answered several times, although we left several messages. We had to wait almost an hour for the driver to appear. When he finally came, he was very rude and didn't give clear instructions on where to meet him. Even though we had given our location, he refused to drive to us.
In addition, the driver made an extremely bad impression: he was distracted, constantly talked to a colleague ("brother"), smelled strongly of alcohol and drove unsafely - he hit the curb several times. Upon arrival, he forgot to unload our luggage. In addition, his white jacket was heavily soiled, which gave the impression that he had previously been in an altercation.
This experience was very disappointing and unacceptable for us. We hope that you will take the necessary measures to avoid such incidents in the future.

Everything worked perfectly. The park was easy to find, and the shuttle worked really well. They came right after we called them.

Very good service and Communication and Price

Easy - good communication. Only ‘problem’ was finding the the parking… Signs are difficult to see

perfect - no troubles at all ;) almost 3 weeks safe under-roof parking

We waited 30 minutes for the taxi when we called to ask how long it would take, then we were just told that it was on its way and the conversation was cut off. This happened twice.
Unfortunately, we were standing 50 meters from the sign where the taxi was supposed to pick us up. This resulted in a 5-7 minute argument/discussion with the taxi driver, where he shouted at us. Along the way, my wife tried to explain, very calmly, that we were not standing in the wrong place on purpose. This made the taxi driver ask her to shut up, while he continued to scold. Finally, I had to shout (louder than him) and say that we did not want to hear any more about it!
After a few sarcastic comments, he finally shut up, but drove the last part of the way in a pure death drive.
While all this was happening, our 2 children were sitting in the back seat and covering their ears.

We called when we left the plane and the driver came 1 hour later. The booking was at Mr park and fly.

We had our luggage with us so we waited outside aprox. 50 minuts. I am not really impressed about the service. We could have parked ourselves and used the time to walk to the parking lot instread.

I called them 3 times to have a status and each time the answer was “he is on his Way 5-10 min”. 2 of the times I tried was also straight to Voicemail.

Flinke folk nem booking og super service. Var der som aftalt, og kom til lufthavnen 10 min efter vi ringede. Nem og bekvemt og fin pris.

This works ☀️ - I use the vallet service, and I would gladly use options for car wash and interior cleaning if this ever will become an option.

On this event Parkos were a little late for the pick-up despite the reservation an we had called in with our ETA 20min prior to our arrival.

However on the return they were punctual to deliver the car, and we had a hassle free experience passing through on our return.

Great service, helpful and nice guys. Everything was perfect and easy. It's helpful to order shuttle service.

Would be 5 stars if my car was ready for us when we arrived, had to wait for another car to be moved before we could get to our car - but still a great and friendly experience
