Shambles: The Beck Theatre

The Beck Theatre, Hayes (run by Parkwood Theatres) is an incompetently run venue. How exactly is any paying customer supposed to collect purchased tickets, for a Christmas gift, this venue has no publicised opening hours, is seemingly never open, and no one there ever answers the phones, even during advertised “phone box office” (whatever the heck that is) opening hours?

I’ve visited once already only to be ushered away by someone telling me “we’re only on the phones now!” so I’m not wasting my time, petrol or will to live any more.

Unless I’m able to actually collect my to-be-gifted purchases I will be contacting my bank to deal with refunding this shambles.
