Being an MP is now considered a career choice that provides status and wealth, especially when taking into account far too generous expense accounts, rather than a calling. The ideal MP is someone who has made their money in business or law, and not driven by the power or wealth. Not a career politician who has no idea of the real world, and has a real desire to help their own country. A rare but desirable animal in Government/Parliament. The UK currently has only a handful amongst their ranks.

Gutless politicians who are pathological liars are elected to represent the people but only represent their own selfish greedy interests they bring shame on the country and is an anti-democratic institution

Our politicians are the worst, treacherous lying two faced self serving parasites that I've ever heard they should be ashamed of themselves, we're living in a dictatorship because either they don't believe in democracy or don't know what it means

I find that the trust in the UK Government has now stooped to an all time low. We in the past have had some horrendous Governments but this one under the So called leadership of Teresa May has gone from BAD to WORSE. The attitude is bad. It seem to me that they do not want to rule and run the Country but to be dictated to by a FOREIGN body. Hitler's plan of a united Europe back somewhere about 1935 is coming true without a WAR. They were defeated twice but this is somethin else. I trust in the UK but not the Government.

An abhorrent den of paedophilia with accusations made against many of its MP's with enquiries quashed by crooked and influential cronies now deemed unfit for purpose as its core function of democratic government is failing to deliver on its constitutional duties by allowing a foreign government (the EU) to usurp nearly 1,000 years of democracy. Rarely the best is seen in its public servants, the British people having to rise against its tyranny.
