i have to say that i am very satisfied with Parrot,
i had a crash with my drone (which could happen to any other drone pilot) in the middle of our world tour, it took them the replace my bebop 2 only 2 weeks
i am not a rich man to spend thousands of dollars on a drone . Parrot gives me good tech with affordable prices, cheap spare parts and good support.
i am very likely to suggest Parrot products to my friends

Apparently, this is not rare: see others. My drone came apart in the air, first flight, 23 seconds long, and it was recorded on camera. Multiple emails and phone calls over many hours produced promises with no follow up and no results. After pulling my hair out for 3+ weeks, asking only that they take back the defective (clearly) drone and replace it, I finally contacted my CC. Case closed, money refunded. Don't waste your time. Order it from Amazon or, better yet, get a different drone. DJI Mavic Pro, while more $, gets the top reviews. If you choose to deal with Parrot, and have a problem, go directly to your CC. I'd prefer a minus rating!

THIEFT/SCAM 8 YEAR OLD BOUGHT A MAMBO FVP AND WAS SCAMMED!!!!
My 8 year old grandson saved his money all 2017 & bought the Mambo Drone FVP over 50 days ago! It was in the air a total of 6 mins before the camera and the controls stopped working and the drone just flew away!!!! This was the worst as my grandson received the drone on 12/28/17 and didn't even have the drone 2 hours before he watched it fly away!!!! I called the company and they sent us a form to fill out and pictures we had to send for them to see we bought the drone from them. So they reviewed all information, SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE THE DRONE AND CAMERA FOR MY 8 YEAR OLD GRANDSON AND THAT WAS EARLY JAN 2018. So here we are on 2/13/18 and I have over 18 emails and so many calls to The Parrot Co and I have talked to Jack, Olimpa, Nancy, Jimmy a poor A_ _ supervisory, Chris, Elisha, May and so on and its all BS!!! THEY WANT ME TO MAIL THE DRONE THEY SENT US WITHOUT THE CAMERA BACK, MISS WORK TO WAIT AT THE POST OFFICE FOR THEM TO OPEN NOT GET PAID TO MISS WORK SO THEY CAN MAIL ME THE CAMERA!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS AN 8 YEAR OLD THAT SAVED ALL 2017 TO BUY AN DRONE AND HE NEVER EVEN FLEW IT AS IT FLEW AWAY IN LESS THEN 6 MINS IN THE AIR!!!! I should have went with DJI but I took a chance and probably lost $600. Waiting for response on a repair because of a malfunction on their bebop 2 power. Very disappointed. I'll order from DJI next time .

I ordered and paid instantly. That was all that was instant - taking my money.
From there, just as many have shared, good luck seeing your product.
I called them to inquire where my "in stock" order was. They assured me I would receive an email within a day containing a tracking number. That email never came!
Contacted them by both phone and emailed through their "customer service" website link.
Was told by Elijah S in tech support that Parrot sales / webstore does not take calls, nor could I be transferred to them.
Was told that I could not cancel my order, nor could I receive a refund.
I must wait to receive a tracking number.
After MUCH further communication on the phone, they finally agreed to refund...but....I must fill out a "template" that they emailed me. This template contained inquiries on my personal info along with the reason I was returning the drone, did I want a full or partial refund, etc.
Then they tell me the refund would take 7-10 days to process! A refund for a product never sent!
Contacted my credit card company and had the charges reversed.

Customer service terrible
Customer service was abrupt, unhelpful, and uncaring. Product quality is poor. I attempted to return the product due to a manufacturing defect, and they refused as it had been more than 15 days from the day the order was placed on their website. To be clear, it had been less than a month, however. Their return policy doesn't change around the holidays, so I advise not to purchase anything from Parrot as a gift. In fact, based on the quality of the product, I advise you not to purchase anything from them at all.

1. They never answer emails
2. They have sent me fedex links with ups tracking numbers twice
3. They do not fill out the UPS shipping information correctly and therefore if this package must go through customs it is held up by UPS.
4. They don’t answer emails so it’s impossible to get them to contact UPS to fix the issue
5. They can not confirm refunds eventhough the item has already been returned to sender by UPS
6. I can only imagine what would happen if you needed to get tech support

Terrible Company and treats the customer second class
Ordered a drone for my son and this circus outfit make no effort to advise of delivery date nor does it offer express delivery. They use some French courier , slow slow not the drone will arrive after Christmas.
Well it's getting posted back and a big sales loss of £1000, I will buy local now. So Parrot you can just do one . Customers don't matter that much to you !!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful, scammy company, and thoroughly unacceptable. I placed an order during one of their flash sales, however, their website was inundated with customers trying to get the same deal. Because of that, the site kept crashing over and over and, by the time I was able to finally access my shopping cart, it stripped the promo code and placed the order without my confirmation. That was red flag #1. Next, I called immediately to have the order adjusted/cancelled. The customer service rep was unable to do that for some unknown reason and it had to be "escalated". He tried convincing me to keep the order, which I politely declined. I called 3 times and emailed twice to have the order cancelled before it made it's way to the shipping department. They shipped the order anyway, and never adjusted the price mistake. I was then told they'd have to wait for the order to arrive at my door in order to process a refund. That's now happened and they have once again "escalated" my issue to process a refund. It's been over 2 weeks and I'm wasting my own time to deal with problems from their website and customer service department, with no indication that they intend to refund my money. I'm calling my credit card company to reject payment.

I ordered a drone several days ago. It has not yet shipped for some reason, so I simply wanted to call parrot customer service to inquire about the delay. Guess What? They don't even offer a phone number for customer service. That's ridiculous.

Like all the previous reviews this one is the same terrible customer services lack of communication failure to respond to emails their apps do not work they do not maintain them or keep up with the current software highly recommend you look elsewhere as they're drones audio and everything they supply do not work
Horrible Customer Service!
Purchased a drone remote from Parrot.com that ended up being defective. They sent me a shipping label to return it and said they would replace it with a new updated model for free. Parrot has had my broken remote and my money for 30 days now and they keep telling me my replacement is coming. I also bought a new drone from them and it was broken in the box as well. They told me since it takes so long for their returns department to ship a replacement I should purchase another new one online from them and send the broken one back for a full refund to save time. Stupid me bought a second new one from them and it works fine but I still haven't received my refund on the broken drone yet. That is two defective items and no money refunded on either one. They just keep promising and promising but nothing gets done. This seems to be a true scam at this point.
Unbelievably incompetent? Or theft?
Every. Single. Review. Is. Correct. About customer service, that is. We're taking them to Trading Standards. We thought at first they were either too incompetent or lazy to send anything (well, they are French). But after repeated phone calls, promised dispatches, emails supposed to arrive the same day that were never sent, endless phone calls and even outright lies, we have lost our patience. Painfully long story short - our batteries for our Parrot Bebop drone weren't working (eerily similar to another customer) so we called for a replacement. They emailed us and promised one would be delivered. The communication is horrific between customers and their own staff. They are exceptionally good at ostracising their customers. We're still out of pocket. It's funny because the products are great (as demonstrated by the only two positive reviews) but as soon as something goes wrong, they act as if nothing ever happened. NEVER buy from them. Ever. Go DJI or something. I'm now not so sure it's incompetence as it is a money ripping scandal. It's almost theft. Avoid like the plague, to put it in another reviewers words. And God help us if Trading Standards fail to take action.
Failed to honour warranty, no explanation why
Had a pair of headphones from parrot, worked fine for a while and then developed some minor faults (earcups becoming loose in the frame, etc). It was still within their 2 year warranty, so I emailed them. They simply replied saying I had been using the product badly and that must have caused the damage - without having even inspected the product.
Went back and forth via email but to no avail. Warranty worth absolutely nothing. Would not buy a product from these cowboys.
Save yourself the trouble
Got a bad battery. After hours of them finally realizing that it wasn't my fault, sent a new battery to me... 4 weeks after the claim. Still waiting on it to come. Never again

I had to cancel my order as it was taking too long and would be altered for Christmas. Parrot ignored their T&C and told me that the drone has to come back to their warehouse before they can issue a refund. I have never received the order so had nothing to do with its return. Than surprise! After Dpd returned the drone back to parrot and I have received a confirmation of this I still have not received the refund. I had to email and phone them up a dozen of times to no avail. In the end I had to claim it back through paypal. It took me over 2 months to get my money back. In the meantime I purchased 2 of their drones from argos. They have both went back as they have number for issues including a complete loss of control, fly away and simply falling out of the sky for no good reason. Avoid!

I bought a Parrot Bebop Drone which was faulty and since reporting it the service has been absolutely terrible, little and most of the time no communication and still no refund weeks later. The drone was for my sons Christmas and which was his main present. We set it up as per the instruction and downloaded the app to my Ipad. It took off then disconnected from the Ipad and hovered until it ran out of battery life. We tried various troubleshooting advice and also downloaded the app onto a Samsung S4 phone and also a Samsung S6 phone but the problem remained, Over the Christmas they clearly had problems as they were very difficult to get a hold of but they when I did eventually speak to them after days of trying to resolve I was told by Rebecca that if the troubleshooting didn't work I would have to return the drone for a refund or replacement. At that point I would have accepted a replacement but from that point their service got a whole lot worse. They never responded to communication for days on end and their website is very poor to navigate around to try and resolve the problem. I had to call numerous times, left messages but on too many occasions never got a call back so there was no way I wanted one of their products so was from then only looking to be refunded in full. When I eventually arranged to return the drone it was confirmed on the 16th January that they had received it but the email stated that I would be only refunded if it was in a perfect condition. It obviously isn't in perfect condition as it has hovered in the one spot numerous times after disconnecting from each device before falling to the ground because of the fault, I wrote back to them immediately to remind them that the product is faulty and yet again they have failed to respond. To not provide a suitable quality product is one thing, the service afterwards has been shocking, amongst the worst I have experienced and as of yet I still have no refund and still don't know when I will get it. I have sent them yet another email this evening giving them until 5pm tomorrow to resolve to my satisfaction, which is doubtful, so I will have no choice but to get support from my credit card company as Parrot clearly do not care about their customers. Very poor service and product quality is questionable as according to other review sites there appears to be a high number of similar problems. Shocking, don't buy from them and certainly don't think that you'll be able to rely on them.
