This website is a scam. They don't let you cancel your account. I feel so violated when I see them take money from my account. What a depressing waste of money.

See response from Parship below. "You didn't jump through our contract-canceling hoops correctly and on time, so we were able to trap you in a contract and can take your money." Is literally a scam. This website sucks and I'm angry.

Good UI and thorough questioning for good matches

Dating should be an enjoyable experience however parship is such a negative lowpoint for me. Very upset to be defrauded by these despicable thieves. If anything, I feel bad for people who need to be employed by an organisation that deceives people like this.

This service is all about catching you and charging a HUGE auto renewal fee. No warning, no reminder, just boom. And their "customer service" is a JOKE.

Avoid AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

You can't even cancel it like you can cancel every normal other subscription you have. They don't let you cancel it and tell you do sent them a letter per post why you want to cancel and then they will (maybe) let you. This is so weird and feels like a scam to me. Bad. Don't ever subscribe to this. I used the app for 3 days but it's on going since 1 year. I'm paying for a app I don't even have an account for anymore every month like over 40 dollars.

Not so much it is not easy to get a Match who you can be writing or chatting with. Which is really a pity

I'm completely new at Parship, but it's really impressive to see the psychological background of this platform and how precise they acquired my most important characteristics but questions and pictures. There is a very good, well designed visual comparison between the inside of my matches and me. I'm very pleased of the hughe number of very kind members around me in the "Ruhrgebiet" and there are good options to get in contact. Only the price seems to be a little too high in my point of view.

extremely predatory auto-renewal and billing practices. bordering on scam. Never again will not recommend to anyone. ever.

I feel like crying because I feel scammed. I joined the platform and tried the one month free,unknowingly subscribed for 24 months, I did not get any notification to cancel or renewal, all I saw was a debit notification. This is really bad, I did not even get my money's worth as the platform is as good as useless. My advice if you have money to burn use the website otherwise run. I wish I saw the reviews before using it

WARNING: Signed up for account. During signup, states you are on autorenewal. Tells you you can cancel. Forget to cancel as life is busy, whos life isn't. No email reminder that you are going to get autorenewed. Email received demanding payment. When query the payment, Parship demand the money(debt collection agency) and say you should have cancelled autorenewal(completely forgot l was on autorenewal), they also say it's too late to cancel now, as you should have done it one day before autorenewal date.
They may make me pay as legally l should have cancelled as cancelling is stated in signup but in the long term they have lost me as a loyal subscriber.

Looking for a serious dating app I Unfortunately chose parship and was very disappointed. This app is too expensive for no reason. There are so many other cheaper apps that actually work.

Not all princes and princesses there, but regular people trying to find a partner. I find the concept very good, also the app and the service. Expensive? Yes, but serious and user friendly.
To my surprise, quite reliable compatibility rate based on the psychotests. And yes, it's possible to find a good match. The rest is your job.

Sucked in by the advertising material. Subscription cancellation process is medieval for this day and age. Had no success, can't say this is down to the portal, but it may have something to do with the way the matches are done. I've cancelled my subscription but still have to pay. As I can't get my money back maybe I can get the satisfaction of warning others to avoid this.

They just loot you with false promises and bills. Can't even unsubscribe. Horrible!!! Can't believe they are still operating.

So sad I cant give them zero star. I cant believe this site is still functional/online. This thefts should all go to jail. After one month membership they ask money for 24 months. They even send collect companies after you. Most of the account on their site are fake !!!

This company is very unethical.
1. They use a fraudulent subscription method. The European union recently ruled against them and they had to change (google "Europa consumer-rights Parship"). However, they still engage in similar practices, and even bully tactics to force you to pay for services not rendered.
2. They are not upfront to consumers with their allegedly scientific method (google "xkcd green jelly bean")

I, personally, have tried quitting them for months, but they won't let me leave. They are also holding onto my data and giving out my personal information. There are many better alternatives and you should just go elsewhere.

P.S. they will have a friendly corporate response to this message, but do not believe them.
