Ein Betrug / a Scam
I have been a premium member in this website for about 3 months. Stay away from this in Germany at least. Until now I have talked to 2 real people the rest are only bots or dont even answer. I find it sad that I fell in this trap and now have to pay like 50 euros each month. I would upload a picture here of how my chat looks like: only spam accounts!

From my perspective this is the best dating app in Germany for persons above 60 years. The bad point: Many persons do not answer you because they have a license with limited number of contacts.

Avoid at all costs
Was trying out dating sites and signed up. Looked at profiles maybe like 3 times. Now getting debt collected for €500?!
Fake profiles -> no matches because nobody is real.
Charges by invoice -> I thought I cancelled but now need to deal with debt collection?

It is extremely expensive
It is extremely expensive. They try to get you with 35% or 50% off. But thats only if you take TWO or ONE year. For one year you still pay almost 300€ (2025).
And you are not allowed to look beforehand if there are more than a handful of people in your region.
A scam essentially.

Good onboarding and good help by generating the own profile. A little bit poor chatfunctions. No emoticons, no uploads of attachements.
Many contacts. But when somebody likes you and you want to say "NO" in a friendly way, you have to like this person first (and count down your 30 matches, you have per month)

I signed up, tested for free, and then paid by card for Premium Service, 6 months as recommended on the site. The messages are sent, but the other members don't read them or cannot read them, that is, there is no double check verifying reception. Hey, I'm a cool Man. The messages are courteous and sincere. They have a phone number in NL and DE but no one answers, of course, and you are directed to write email. When you do that, you are ordered to submit your Biometrics, Passport, Drivers License in such and such a format, BEFORE you can ask a question ( ParShip promises not to sell your data -> like Google, 23 and Me, Health Insurance etc, and then they do, as proven and penalized by EU and USA Authorities ).
What kind of weirdo operation --- a dating service collecting Biometrics and Passports ..!
Then, despite having submitted my payment by card, my bank has no record of the payment... a week later .
What kind of weirdo operation... collecting cards and data.
I paid again to test Parship, and send not 1, but 10 messages to 'likes' ... none of them were read, despite the fact that recipients had logged in.
So, those are fake members, or Parship is blocking the messages.
When you try to email, same thing -- "Send us your Biometrics, Passport, Drivers License BEFORE we can answer" .
So, if Parship is not silly or weirdo, it begins to look criminal, a Crime Gang bought the site and is operating it like "Ukranian Girls", "Russian Girls".
DON'T EVEN TRY IT FOR FREE .

First Day
Yesterday I registered on your website and purchased a premium account. The interface of the site is user-friendly, but when you like a man by clicking the heart icon, his profile disappears from the list and you can't view it again. That's very inconvenient. I also disabled all notifications and emails from Parship because they are extremaly annoying and clutter up my phone. I had to unsubscribe from the intrusive newsletter twice. I'll check the app myself to see who has messaged me. I don't need notifications for that.
