I’m still perplexed because I sent x2 rugs to Pars Rug Gallery and the rugs that have been returned look better than when I bought them.
They have done a phenomenal job.
It took longer than expected as they said they needed a second clean but this was definitely worth the wait.
In the past I’d used the rug cleaners who come out with a machine but the difference in the results are opposite ends of the spectrum.
I’m rarely shocked by service but this was an amazing experience.

Staff are pleasant, knowlegeable and helpful. Pars Rug Gallery offer the specialist service and level of expertise we were looking for. We sent an Indian rug and some Chinese rugs for cleaning. The rugs had become quite stained over the years but, as they have condiderable sentimental value, we wanted them to be properly and professionally cleaned . We were very happy with the results. Detailed before and after cleaning photos were sent for our approval prior to despatch. Would recommend the company if you are looking for a specialist service.

Our Herake rug, purchased in Turkey 30 years ago, was damaged by our German shepherd puppy. As it hadn’t been properly cleaned for 20 years, after a good deal of research, we choose Pars to clean and repair it and weren’t disappointed. We cannot identify the damaged area and the rug looks great. Arash kept us informed of progress through videos and video calls and the various options available were well explained. I would certainly use Pars again and recommend others to do so.

Visited Pars Rug Gallery to explore ideas for my recently purchased house. Maryam was very patient to give great ideas and showcase different rugs that would be appropriate for our home. They have a very good collection of different rugs and carpets as well as are experts on all types of carpets - antique or modern. Thanks to the team I could purchase a beautiful Turkish carpet to adorn my new home. It's just perfect!

We went to Pars rugs and flooring looking for laminate floors to be installed through the entire house. Mohsen and his brother were ever so helpful in this process. Once everything was decided. They sent Emanuel and his crew over for the installation and we are absolutely thrilled with their work, their patience (we had a lot of questions) and their motivation. The only break taken was lunch , after lunch and before lunch these guys didn't stop working. Their politeness and professionalism was straight up perfect. We'd highly recommend Pars and their team of great installers to anyone wanting new floors.

Pars rug gallery were exceptionally helpful when we approached them to clean an oriental wool rug that had great sentimental value to us.
There was a prompt response and approx. Quote to clean . We were sent a link on how to fold the rug for collection and off it went.
We were nervous as we had not used Pars before. However they swiftly gave us a quote to clean the rug that matched the estimate.
Once cleaned they sent us a video of their work and offered repairs on fringe etc.
We collected the rug from their warehouse and it’s clear their charming staff are knowledgeable and experienced with a wide range of antique rugs / carpets from middle to far east,

Very helpful from begging to the end of the process! Always keeping us updated on how the process was going! Sending us pictures of the cleaning of the rugs! Would recommend the company to anyone!

I would rate them zero stars if possible, I rang Pars for an estimate to clean my 3x3m modern white carpet. I was very clear on the phone it was 3x3m. They were very eager to get my carpet ASAP and quoted £150, telling me to fold the carpet, not roll it. I sent the carpet via the delivery truck they ordered. They then said the carpet was much larger than I had quoted (for a 3 metres squared carpet). The quote changed to nearly £500. I said it was too much and for them to return the carpet. At this point they said I hadn't folded the carpet correctly and they had incurred £200 costs for delivery. They refused to send the carpet back unless I paid them £200. In the end I had over a 4 hour round trip to get my carpet back from their depot. They did send an e-mail which I only read after sending the carpet that it was 3 square metres. Their communication skills over the phone are very poor. Read any e-mails carefully and don't believe anything they say on the phone to avoid this very bad experience, or maybe go somewhere else.......

Company was very helpful and my 30 year old rugs look like new!

We were recommended to Pars Rugs by very good friends, who have had a rug cleaned some time ago. Our rug had been heavily used and abused for 40 years, and we wondered if it could ever be cleaned or restored. Pars Rugs were helpful and efficient in getting a quote sent to us by email for the cleaning of our rug, and we were sent a video to show the best way of folding the rug to take up the smallest amount of space, very educational, and on accepting the quote it was collected by DHL within a few days.

The company sent us before and after photos of the cleaning which were very helpful. After cleaning Arash advised, a repair was needed to the edges and to some holes Arash and his skilled team worked quickly to get the work completed.

The rug is now as good as new and the colours glow once more, many thanks

Excellent service. They gave us our Ziegler runner carpet on approval, while we made up our minds. It completes our hall perfectly. Also offered a free underlay. Very charming discussion with Anouar upon delivery.

Arash and the team valued, cleaned and restored five much loved rugs for us. The damage over the years was extensive, but the quality of the restoration was superb and well beyond our expectations - such incredible craftsmanship, loving attention to detail and respect for authenticity. Arash is very knowledgeable and passionate about rugs and gave us some great insight into where our rugs were made and when. Many thanks and we will enjoy our beautiful rugs for many years to come (and look after them a bit better than before!). The process took many months, but given the work needed and the journey the rugs have been on to find the right craftsmen and women to get the renovations right, it was understandable and worth the wait.

My rugs were returned to me in a condition which surpassed my expectations. They had been part of my life for 55years and were very precious to me. The colours were restored to their former vibrancy, but we’re still authentically faded. The repairs were impossible to detect, so the rugs regained their original shape. I am so grateful for the advice I was given throughout this process and would certainly use the service again. I can now leave theses rugs to my daughters knowing that they are good for years to come.

I had thought my much loved Nepalese rug was beyond repair but couldn’t bear to throw it out. It is of great sentimental value as my husband brought it back from a trip to Nepal early in our marriage.
I was delighted with the way Pars Rug Gallery restored to more or less its original condition. I never thought it would be possible. An excellent service.
