wrong part and at least no answer
I received a replacement part that did not match the offered picture. Additionally, the ribbon cable had a noticeable, diagonally running bend. Upon inquiry, I was informed that the component was still in working order and that the bend was a result of a functional test. Neither a price reduction due to the inferior quality nor a response regarding return and refund was provided. My messages were simply ignored. I have never experienced such poor service before.
