Brilliant product but doesn't clean well :(
I ordered 3 of the tumblers last year at the start of lockdown after seeing an advert on Instagram (pre them going viral!) I absolutely love them so I bought one for myself and two for my friends as gifts. I have used mine religiously, as have my friends, who were equally impressed initially- they are fantastic for days out and camping trips. They keep wine cool and hot drinks hot as described. The reason for the 3 stars is unfortunately the tumblers or lids do not clean well at all. The inside of my tumbler started to appear really stained despite washing out with water and washing up liquid after each use (i do drink coffee and red wine from it so would expect a few stains, but it was bugging me that it looked tarnished, so in an attempt to get it back to it's original beautiful state, I foolishly used elbow grease which did help the inside a little bit, but unfortunately also removed some of the colour from the outside of the cup. The result is my rose pink tumbler no longer looks amazing or impressive enough to take out with me, which is a shame as I always had comments on it. I can no longer order a replacement, as it is sold out due to being a limited edition:( I'm aware new colours are coming out, so I will maybe order again, but I'm reluctant to do so, as for the price paid, I'd hoped it would have not tarnished in the way it did,. i would expect this from a cheap amazon purchase, rather than from a premium brand.

What a fabulous company. Ordered for my daughter as a suprise after seeing she loved it so much on Instagram. Your ads are brilliant and I love the wine recommendations.
