Parts Gateway Reviews 

I accidentally broke one of my car windows whilst strimming my lawn and came across Parts Gateway whilst searching for online help. After filling in the relevant information I was soon in receipt of lots of quotes for a replacement including one from a local dealer. I placed my order and the replacement window was delivered 26 hours later. I will definitely be keeping Parts Gateway in my contacts list for any future problems.

I was able to find the required wheel, online very quickly. It arrived well packaged, the following day.
It was a perfect replacement for a very reasonable price.

In my opinion, this lot are simply creating a route to rip off business. Parts Gateway recently pitched 2 business to me ( I was looking to buy a wing mirror), I picked one but the business they promote never sent it, despite taking my £200, I contacted the business, absolutely nothing changed When I checked out that business's reviews here, it's not good and many reviewer say "Avoid". Absolutely kicking myself for using parts gateway.

Parts Gateway found 3 matching parts, all with the same company. Only problem is, the company they mentioned does not have ANY of the parts that Parts Gateway said they had. Complete waste of space!

SUPER SERVICE. SAVED £166 by using Parts Gateway instead of local Toyota Dealer. Definitely use again.

Ordered a rear light for a Suzuki swift twice. Two separate companies via parts gateway both times sent the wrong item both times had to claim my money back via my credit card. Parts gateway need to get on top of this otherwise nobody will be using them.

Recycled items save the planet which is a great reason for buying second hand!
Parts Gateway came up trumps supplying us with the rear light we needed for our model of car and packaged and delivered the item speedily.

They soon found the part I needed. Cluster for my Focus MK 1. - speedo not working. It arrived well packed, looking clean and in fully working order as promised. Difficult to find and my car would have been an MOT failure without it. Happy with the price.
Will use this company again if I need parts.

Bought a driver's side wing for my Wife's car that I accidentally hit on the drive. Good price for an identical wing in the same colour, which a local garage fitted for me. Total cost to purchase and fit was about 20% of what a local body shop quoted! Well packaged to protect it. Would recommend.

I have had a mixed experience with two different parts suppliers: one has poor communication and is still an ongoing issue, which they still have the opportunity to resolve. The second parts supplier that I was forced to use because of the issue with the first one meant that the part required needed to be supplied urgently, couldn't have been more different: good communication, reasonable time taken for delivery and more importantly, the correct part was supplied. I don't blame Parts Gateway for the issues that I am having with the first supplier as it is entirely the supplier's fault. I would definitely use Parts Gateway again. Just not a particular supplier.

The process of finding the parts I wanted was very simple and efficient. When I needed more information messages were answered promptly, BUT the parts I chose to purchase were not despatched for 4 days when the anticipated delivery time was 2/3 days which in truth pushed the time I could fit them forward from one weekend to the next. Pretty inconvenient.
