Parts Gateway is such a great web site as it saves so much time on having to call or email companies.The web site is easy to use and your request is sent out to it's members who then email pictures and information on what they have available regarding your message.We are very impressed with how it works and will keep on using it for part's.

Helpful and easy. All I needed was my car reg number and the parts I wanted to replace. Quotes were then sent over in the space of around two hours and it was easy to see price, warranty and delivery time and then choose and pay. Recommended.

Great service thanks, used the site on a Monday morning, had part delivered Wednesday, faultless.

Signed up for initial £3 then noticed after three days they take £24.99 every fourteen days unless you cancel. Cancelling is almost impossible the form on line does not work, the email address online is not found. You can’t call them and a search on line to find their number gave unobtainable. It’s almost as if they don’t want you to cancel their approx £50 a month £600 a year cash cow

Was kept informed of Parts journey from the minute I ordered. The part was for my 18year old car that I love I thought it might be difficult to find part. Had to break a quarter window to get into car as the wind blew car door shut and my bag was in it with car keys, phone, house keys..everything. Got home and went online to look for part. Used Parts Gateway. Immediately part was found and on it’s way Arrived earlier than expected thought it would take a few days but no. The part was extremely good quality and arrived very well packed. I fitted it on Sunday myself. Well pleased 69yr old female. Thank You so much!

The Parts Gateway was a final try for me since I had previously paid for lots of alternative oil pipes that did not fit. Having spent a lot of money I was about to give up and scrap the car but thought I would give it one final shot. Thank goodness I did because their system found me a replacement in Essex with a breakers yard that was very organised.

The service was brilliant with reasonable price, I had a call from customer service after placing the order state that the ordered part is faulty and there are two options either get a refund or wait for two days to sort out a similar part. After two days, i received a message indicated that the parts have been shipped, arrived fast, and now the parts have installed successfully and working as it should be

parts not in very good condition bulbs rattling aroud inside both units ,1 unit appears to be full of condensation (HEADLIGHTS) , WONT BE USING THEM WILL BUY FROM TRUSTED NEW PARTS DEALER ,

I do not recommend. I received a part that was not as described and now I have difficulty returning it. The seller is putting me off. I do not recommend the application.
